Orderd Delivery thru the Mc Donalds app they prepared thru DoorDash. Dasher calls me and says they know they messed up by giving away a very basic order to someone else but refused to reorder, leaving both myself and my Dasher in limbo. Tried to call the actual store, but no one answered. Got a hold of the delivery customer service. Management was disrespectful to Dasher and didn't want to work with him. Just very rude. This is Mc Donalds they will get their check regardless if they have to remake food. Just horrorible and unnecessary.

The food was fast ..not exactly hot . Not bad there are no soda machines in the lobby no such thing as a refill at this McDonald's. The cashier was apparently also cooking so there was a line even thought it wasn't busy.

This is my local McDonald’sThe service from the counter is usually good, but the manager is rude. Their ice cream machine has been broken down for almost 2 years. Their french fries look disgusting because they won’t change there oil , this McDonald’s needs a lot of work and they could use a lot of work. It could definitely be fixed It’s just a few minor errors.

CAUTION! There are no free refills at this location!!!A young customer approached the counter, obviously dehydrated, and asked for a third refill on a medium drink. The manager rudely and aggressively stated that after the 1st refill you’re required to pay.Good food, but horrible service.The location is clean at the very least.

It is currently business hours, 5pm on a Monday and nobody is answering the speaker. AT ALL. There’s clearly employees here and many many cars in line and we’ve been here for almost 10 minutes. Nobody is coming out to indicate that the restaurant is closed or anything?? Terrible service, i hope this location closes down.

Cj(he would not give me his actual name) he was the manager working tonight taking orders. He made a mistake ringing up my order. I had a reward for a free sandwich. I gave him the code, and also ordered a small fry. He made a mistake and then He voided the order and wasted my reward… he would not do anything about it and blamed the app, when it was his fault. He was very uncaring and rude. I get coffee almost everyday from McDonald’s, I am disappointed with how I was treated when I know he could’ve helped me. He was hateful. My reward was wasted and points are gone. As a person who has worked in the food/ restaurant industry for years… I’m disappointed with how he unprofessionally handled the situation.
