I ordered on the mobile app and the drive thru and curbside pick options were unavailable. I walked in the unlocked business door and was yelled at by the manager for coming inside an unlocked door to pick up food that was already paid for. I attempted to get her name but the staff working on the night shift on 4/21/24 were all extremely rude. How a manager of any service industry is allowed to treat a paying customer this way is beyond me and shows a complete lack of training and leadership at this location. This interaction falls on the owner and district manager for allowing this to happen. After she yelled at me I was told to go through the drive thru where the lady working at the window also raised her voice and was rude slamming the window confirming how poorly trained the staff is at this location. I ended up not getting the food I paid for and will make a corporate complaint through e-mail as well that I’m sure will fall on deaf ears. Great job McDonalds for hiring the worst of the worst employees at a singular location. The manager’s leadership is clearly reflected on all staff working there.

I hate the new way you have cars pull thru and wait for food! Awful long wait... I finally got out of the car and went in for my food after over 6 minutes. Next time I'm not moving until I have my food.

This is so ridiculous literally the last time I'll go to this location. Not only did they just send me over to wait for just a large fry, they made me wait 20 minutes just forgetting about me until someone finally came over and asked if I had a very different order. Every single time I go to the location the wait just isn't worth it, just start going to the one on Fuqua street they're way better and faster.

The cashier who took my order didn't know how to punch in the app code and was being rude by asking me the code repeatedly and telling me to "hurry up, I'm holding up the line". Then the other person who had to help her did the code in seconds. Train these people better.
