Clean office, friendly staff and wonderful experience.

The staff at front desk in nice as was the tech. HOWEVER - I was overcharged and it has been difficult to get a refund. Also the quality of the images was also very poor. The radiologist report also did not have a complete differential. Really disappointed with this place. The location is close to my office but no parking and very rundown building.

This place is in a small old strip center and has a horrible parking lot and super small. The waiting room is too small as well. The staff is nice and helpful and they have a good coffee machine and selection.

Excellent service , very helpful since you walk in the lady Josie Rivera was very polite with an excellent customer service . She is bilingual as well as the technician. It was 2 hours of 3 MRI’s but he definitely was very attentive and helpful.I strongly recommend this place .RegardsMaria

Very professional and caring staff, went in to get some MRIs taken last year. I am claustrophobic and their Pharmacist (can’t remember her name) but she patiently stayed with me and held my hand during the whole MRI procedure. Thanks so much for helping me feel at ease!

This place is amazing. I was so nervous to have the studies done. But the other staff, Adriana, came in the room. She made sure I felt comfortable while I was in the machine. After hours taken for scanning, she offered me tea and snacks. That helped me a lot.The office was so clean. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all for providing exceptional service.

10 star excellent service. The office manager Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond. My doctors office told me I had a broken back and it would take a week to get an MRI. I spoke with Lisa and she worked with the Doctors for me and got it done the next morning. Also, the guy who administered the MRI was very polite and easy to work with. Again, 10 stars. Also, it’s is relatively affordable

Great customer service (Lisa) and wonderful MRI technician and evaluation (Frank). After 11+ years if sciatic pain midtown MRI found joy problem so I could finally resolve with a surgeon. Now pain free!

I’ve came here 2 times. The first time I was in contact with Lisa the manager who was the nicest lady, very helpful understanding & professional. Her and the doctor who gave my boyfriend and I the MRI were very comforting & informative. That experience was great. BUT the second time was just HORRIBLE. My brothers also needed an MRI & were scheduled afterwards so we were dropped off after physical therapy & the lady Josie, picks who she takes the temperature of and where. She told us we couldn’t come in due to Covid but my brother is a minor and was not able to go in by himself, and she knew this already because we had communication with her. She took his temperature outside and said it was 101” which was weird to us because we had just got our temperature checked at physical therapy not even an hour before. She took it outside in the sun so we suggested if she took it again & that’s when her attitude drastically changed. Another lady came in & she let her sign in & take a seat & wait for her MRI. I tried to talk to her but as a profesional she lacked communication skills . She was being rude. I called the physical therapy place to see what we can do & I was told to let them know to please give them a call. When I did she took a long time to open the door & then continued to be rude to me. She said she would tell her manager to call them because she had nothing to do with us, I explained to her that she needed to call the manager right away but she refused to listen & continued to overstep me & close the door. Horrible, horrible experience. I hope nobody ever gets this type of experience anywhere due to lack of communication skills & professionalism. We were expecting a smooth and nice experience once again but it was no where near that.

I had an appointment with these guys and they cancelled the morning of due to someone calling in sick to work. I understand that things happen but I had been contacted the day before about missing paperwork and apparently nobody called my doctor's office for that. So I see at a minimum there is a problem with organization and data collecting. And I was never contacted for an apology and/or reschedule so I made an appointment with North Houston Imaging and will be taking my business there.
