Food was okay. Crust seemed liked it needed to cook longer. I asked for spicy sausage and got regular. I never asked for green bell peppers but they put them anyways, not sure why. Hope to have a better experience next time.

I honestly enjoy MOD pizza so much but this experience made me never want to ever go back. The manager is very rude , and I was being very respectful honestly too so I didn’t understand why I was getting so much back lash for wanting my pizza remade. My pizza came out spicy instead of sweet and savory. One of the employees accidentally put buffalo sauce on my pizza instead of BBQ and I didn’t realize it until after I bit my first slice. So I took it back up there and he said “I’m not understanding what the problem is” I just said sir my pizza is spicy and I don’t like it. I get the same thing every time so it should not be spicy. He kept going back and fourth with me like he didn’t want to remake my pizza and then I wanted a refund and he did not want to give me that either ! So he remakes and it is still not to my liking at all . The reason for that is because as I’m going down the line he’s literally rushing me and speaking to me like I’m wasting his time when there is literally only one other person in the restaurant with us. I didn’t even get to add my last ingredients I wanted by the time I looked up he was putting it in the oven. Overall this was the worst mod pizza I ever went to , the manager is very lazy and rude. I’m mad I even wasted my money on that. Thank you to the young man who looked at my pizza too when I tried to tell the manager about buffalo sauce on my pizza and it being spicy because you could clearly see it on there when I specifically asked for bbq sauce on my pizza.

The pizzas were not what I expected, but they were good. The girls were quite friendly even though we arrived when they were closing.Parking: There is a fairly large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: If they accept children, of course they do!!

I’m writing this review as I stand inside MOD because they burnt my first pizza, which happens I suppose, every now and then… However, the inconsistency in the amount of toppings that each employee puts on the pizza, varies drastically. The first pizza was perfect, the second pizza I had to ask for a little more of this/that. Also, I felt rushed through the line the second time and was not offered 10% off, a drink, etc. for my time being spent after I’ve already paid & waiting on the first pizza. I understand that ordering out is a convenience, but I have other things to do on my day off than to sit and wait on a pizza to be recooked w/subpar customer service.

The pizzas were just okay tasting, nothing to hurry back in for. Placed a delivery order for 5pm so my wife would be here simultaneously, the door dash driver arrived 25 minutes early, he spoke no English whatsoever. I guess the pizza maker doesn’t read the instructions before preparing orders. Not worth the cost if you asked me.
Great new GM!!! Made me laugh and smile. You made my night. Plus went the extra mile to write on the box the garlic side! Thank you so much.

In general I like mod pizza, but something they screw things up Royally, I ordered 2 of the same pizza and one came with missing ingredients and burned edges. I think the quality has gone down too as the taste has changed. Having said that I really don't know a better pizza place for the price.

Let me say this was my 1st time eating MOD pizza and to be honest the service made it a 10!! We had the pleasure of meeting Teaka she's a gem.. friendly, efficient and very good at her job. The entire staff was a delight beautiful smiles with winning personalities. The restaurant was clean the food was fresh. I will definitely come all the way back to the Bunker Hill location for the pizza and the vibe!
