It's like the food counter at the mall. People were nice!

It’s a Hit or Miss. Some days the food is fresh and some days it tastes like it was cooked the day before and just reheated. The quality has been very inconsistent. This place started out good at first, but now it seems like they are slacking very much. I’d like to give them another chance, but the last three visits weren’t that good. The staff is nice but the food quality is very important as well. Each time I ordered the beef and broccoli, it was mainly all broccoli and about 3 small pieces of beef. So I think that I was cheated each time. Overall, the place is pretty clean and the staff is nice. It’s in the heart of Greenspoint aka “Gunspoint”, but I’ve never had any issues with safety.

Great customer service, and you really can't say that nowadays, I came here from after work and I had to wait for my order for 15 minutes, understandable, but they were super busy and didn't have that much help, so to make a long story short, they offered to let me get something else that was already done for the same price or higher, because I couldn't wait 15 more minutes. However they were all very welcoming and the food is great, absolutely no problem, this will be my new go-to when I'm too tired to cook after work. Thank you to the manager and employees at Mr. Soysauce for having a great attitude about everything, keep up the good work.

HUGE AMOUNTS OF FOOD AND ITS CHEAP. The quality of the food is similar to mall Chinese food but better and cheaper. Highly recommend. They fill the entire container where they can’t even close the lid. No

Overall not bad... Gave good portion sizes and I loved the General Taos; however, the Bourbon chicken tastes burnt and wasn't good at all. Great atmosphere and customer service but I'm really disappointed with the Bourbon chicken ( that's why I came).

I ordered takeout on my way home. I had a taste for bourbon chicken. This was hot, fresh and good. Loads of sauce, fresh rice and the chicken are plentiful.

We tried the general Taos, orange, and bourbon chicken, noodles/fried rice, as well as the cheese puffs and veggie rolls. The Taos and orange chicken tasted about the same, they did lack a bit of flavor and the Taos was definitely not spicy, both were soggy. The bourbon chicken was terrible, the recipe needs to definitely change, this was fully thrown out since we definitely didn’t like it. The noodles tasted ok but lacked veggies, both our plates had 4 veggies combined. The fried rice was not that great the recipe needs to be worked on, this was also thrown out. The veggie rolls tasted terrible, they have some kind of mush in them and hardly any veggies, after one bite they got tossed as well. The cream puffs were ok, but kinda soggy and oily. The food looked kinda old like it had been sitting there for a good while. Overall the customer service by the Hispanic lady and the Asian guy was great, they accommodated us on the request for one of the plates, but the dude at the register was just rude and made me feel uncomfortable because of the requested plate accommodation. After that interaction with the cashier we ended up just taking our food to go instead of trying to eat there. For this being the first time here we would probably not come back due to the taste of food and the bad customer service by that cashier guy.

We had take out and it was pretty good. Large portions and very nice wait staff. The general tso was great but we didn’t care for the teriyaki chicken.

As I’m sitting waiting for my food and The cook comes from the back to the sink that’s in the front by the door to wash his hands with the glove on that he was making food with in the back…And I had a Ant in my drink… that’s some strange stuff to see and unsanitary!

I had my first and last attempt here. Got the Hot and Soup soup. It was horrible. Threw it away after 5 bites. The eggs in it had a rotten taste and smell. Been sick now since midnight after try the soup. The smell just is lingering on and can't even drink water. Nausea and taking emetrol does not even help.

Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly and attentive. Dining area is always clean. Very good Chinese food, I might add. Prices are very comparable to serving portions, too.
