I’ve ordered here twice already and the meat was not cooked all the way both times. first I ordered a steak with my pasta and overall the food was good except for the fact that the steak was only fully grilled on the outside and the inside was really rare. I’m pretty sure it made me a little sick the next day. Then I ordered the same thing but this time with chicken. They couldn’t even grill the chicken right either, one had some pink inside and the other tasted like I was chewing raw chicken. I’d rather them grill the meat a little longer, cause I don’t want to get sick.

Located right next to a 24 Hour Fitness, the food is perfect for someone on a diet but who also wants something delicious as well. You can tell they go the lengths in their ingredients to make things healthy and taste good too. It's cool they have little barbells in the seats.Service is also fast and prices are fair. I usually get the Rocky Balboa wrap or the Turkey Meatball Parmesan wrap.

Not as good as I remember from two years ago when I was ordering meals weekly. Prices are almost 20% higher than the paper menu on their counter. Prices not updated and covered up on the menu board. Got the Rocky Balboa wrap today, 3/19/24, not much flavor and kind of dry this time. I’ll try the Santa Fe wrap next time, hope it’s like I remember.Parking lot is shared with two gyms and signage says not to park in the other businesses spots.

Food was really good. Portions were a decent size. The cheesecake was really good. The food is healthier than alot of places. I felt a little out of place at first because it looked like everybody in there was living in the gym but the staff was very nice and I noticed they treat some of there customers like family.

Last night, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Muscle Maker Grill on San Felipe, Paul. Despite having ordered from there via Uber Eats before, it was my first time visiting in person. Upon asking for recommendations, Paul suggested the Santa Fe wrap, and it did not disappoint. The zero-carb sauce added an incredible burst of flavor. What struck me most was the open kitchen concept, allowing diners to witness the organized and clean work of Paul and his team. Throughout my 25-minute dinner, the staff exhibited remarkable efficiency, managing a continuous flow of online orders and foot traffic. Paul even took the time to inquire about my previous orders, expressing concern over occasional negative feedback received through delivery services. Having seen the behind-the-scenes operations, I would highly recommend dining in or picking up orders to avoid potential delays and issues through a third party app. I was even lucky enough to get to sample their chocolate protein shake which capped off my dinner. Beyond the food, Paul was just a really nice guy and his genuine hospitality shined through which made me feel truly welcomed into his restaurant. I’ll see you again soon.

I’ve been ordering my meal prep from here for the last 2-3 months and absolutely love how convenient, delicious, and affordable it is. The food is always cooked fresh and ready on time. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating. What I love about this location in particular is that they allow you with the flexibility to also customize your meals as well in order keep things interesting that way you don’t get tired of eating the same meals every week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy convenient place to eat!

I was with a child and we felt a bit uncomfortable with all the employee sitting around in the customer seating area shooting the sh*t, so we left as we needed a place to sit down to eat. Let me be clear. The workers were not working and were not having lunch. 4 of them were all sitting at the same table shooting the sh*t. And that's fine. But I just don't care for that environment. Maybe you do. The temperature outside the day we went was mid 50's. No stores were closed due to weather.

First visited this place in new york where it originated and was glad they had locations in Houston. When im tracking my macros its great to visit a restaurant that has that info readily available. Great tasting food thats geared towards the health conscious crowd but would be great for
