When I want coffee, tea, or food the first place I think of with quality and amazing service is here. My absolute favorite drink is the lavender chai latte. I go so often most of the workers remember my order and I remember most of theirs. Leslie,Alex, kelly, and Leigh-Ann are always so sweet and nice and they have dome of the best customer service I’ve encountered in a coffee bar. 1,000,000% recommend their food, coffee, and people.

The African American girl at this location defentely above and beyond her curious service makes my coffee more delicious so thank you girl and dear manager please promote this amazing working girl and the the other white girl also supper friendly I love it I think how about prompting every one and take them for a nice lunch for making an amazing coffee,so number one is the African American queen though thank you ?

The staff is friendly and attentive. The reason I gave a 4 in food is because sometimes my drinks are a hit or missed. I normally go for the same drinks, the Ice Storm mocha or the hot chocolate, and depending on who's doing it will taste very good or just blah. Unfortunately is no consistency. Also, they used to have ham and cheese croissants, but they discontinued the item and replaced it with spinach and cheese croissants ?. Looks like they changed providers but they are not as good.

My fries were cold. The coleslaw looked bad and I did not have any of it. I was not impressed by my entrée at all. My Husband liked his entrée. that is not usually our Basille Nordstrom's experience.

Always grateful that we have a bistro in Nordstrom! Food is delicious and they have many healthy choices too. The waitstaff is always attentive and helpful. It is definitely the best food at the Galleria!

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. I had a lavender chai latte, which was advertised on pics throughout the store, and I added a shot of espresso. It was fine. I asked for it to be iced, and it was, but it was still warm. It was in that gross stage of cooling down, but still room temperature. Service was below okay. Nobody was rude, but they did not smile, were short with answering my questions, and just left my drink on the counter. I had to guess that it was ready. I won't be going back. I hate to say it, but I'd rather just walk to one of the Starbucks locations in the Galleria.

The gnocchi were absolutely gross. The chef should visit Piola to learn how to make the sauce (other than North Italia or Giacomos). There must have been at least a full scoop of salt in the sauce on the plate. The waiter charged a service fee for a party of 3. That is not a customary practice in town therefore totally unacceptable.

Ordered 2 lattes for my wife & I, and they forgot the order. Just stood there waiting until I asked the lady who took order, "where the coffee?" Looked like I just woke her up. Terrible service, irresponsible, and they talk too much to each other that they forgot my order. Lack of training, and unprofessional. Will never return.

It's been a while since I've been here. I'm not a fan of some of the layout changes. Menu changed a bit but still recognizable. Parents (and myself) were still pleased with the food and wine. It's not as cozy feeling, but we'll still come back.
