This place is either closed permanently or they don’t show up for the work shifts. I had reservations for noon, as I was celebrating my birthday. I thought I had the weekend agenda taken care of—epic failure.…. The day prior, I received an email for confirmation that I’d still make the reservations—I confirmed. ??When I got there for the reservations, it was clear the place was not operable. There was a window broken and the parking lot was empty. Needless to say, I had to take me and my 23 guests elsewhere. An absolute mess. Don’t book here, they are NOT reliable..

Went here this weekend 04/13 for what was suppose to be brunch. I’ve been here before and it was great. This time not so much. Seems like there’s something going on because there was not an ounce of adult beverages. Our server was amazing, food was middle of the road and that’s if you’re hungry. It just didn’t give as advertised. To add to that, the resturant was empty! I am highly disappointed in my brunch experience, if you can’t offer what’s being advertise close or at least tell ppl “hey we don’t have liquor, hey we won’t be able to give you the experience that you saw online. The photo below is cute juice. I hate to leave this review but I would also hate for people to be shocked when they show up and don’t get what they see online.

My experience here was horrible. We had a party of 10 and the first sign of a bad experience was the $20 valet with no cars in the parking lot. We were literally the only customers for 2 hours. The drinks were bad and overpriced. The food is mediocre and overpriced. I got the Chicken and waffles and they brought me 3 little wing drumlets ( not full wings) with a thin waffle for $25. The manager Melanie did nothing to solve the issues. She avoided our table as if there were other customers.

Music and ambience were great however, food portions were small for price and the chicken was unseasoned. We came at 2:30 on a Saturday and no one was here. Valet parking was $20 when we could’ve self parked because it was empty. Our server was lovely. Go somewhere else…Pappadeaux is better than this. Still empty even after leaving at 3:49.

If I could give nothing as a review, I would. Came here for a great steak to break lent and ended up with two failed attempts of nonsense. How do you make such a flavorless ribeye?? Literally tasted like charcoal. Disgusting.2 cocktails, 2 drinks, a side salad, and side of corn $80. Just like Gatsby's, this place will be shutting down shortly. And the mandatory service charge because they know the population they serve won't be coughing up that tip if it's not forced? You can kiss this restaurant goodbye.Save your gas and go somewhere.Management tried to recover service, they tried but between the waitress and the cook I'm over this place.

I was at the soft opening of Gatsby's seafood and went their regularly when it was open. The restaurant went from a nice fine dining experience to something considerably lesser. It is my understanding Eric the chef has now left. They are trying to be something trendy that crosses a club and a restuarant. Really sad to see as it used to be a nice place to dine. The bright spot is Jose. If you go please ask for him. He is a professional waiter who understands the menu and th wine.

This experience was NOT good unfortunately. As beautiful as it was on the inside, the service was very disappointing. We came with a large e got there fairly early so it was not like they ran out. $20 valet is not worth it, sorry. Just park on the street in back. Food was overpriced for the lack of flavor in some (salmon was one dish in particular) and all sides are charged separately. The deviled eggs weren't bad, however. The staff was very friendly though, but unfortunately kept forgetting orders.Overall...i understand if they desire to make this an upscale establishment with upscale prices to match, but the quality and service and food did not justify the cost in my opinion. Very beautiful establishment, however that will absolutely be my last visit.

This place was highly recommended to my wife by a colleague. Atmosphere, music, and scenery were perfect. Drinks are way too high, but it is understandable if this place is fine dining. Service was really slow. We got there at 745 and didn't get out until 945. That's how slow the service was. The server never checked on us, and my 1st ribeye was overcooked when I asked for medium. There was no pink in my steak. My second steak was old. It was raw brown when I cut into it. I was very disappointed. My wife's Texas snapper was rubbery like they microwaved and then panned seared. If you order a steak from here, please cut into it. The Deviled eggs were excellent! This is a good place to order some appetizers and have a couple of drinks(pregame before you go due to high drink prices) and enjoy the atmosphere. Music was great, too. The last thing was, we had to pay for valet when no one was there and they had plenty of parking. Next time if we go back, we will Uber.

The restaurant looks lovely,Went for my birthday I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting ambiance. The Manager Melanie was welcoming and was attentive.I will definitely recommend .The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining was perfect and with everything we needed. The decor is beautiful with comfortable seating arrangements that lend themselves well to both intimate dinners and lively dining and a relaxing atmosphere. This was an unforgettable evening that I can't wait to repeat.I recommend paying a visit to Ocean 12.Will definitely be back soon !

First thing, they make you pay 20 dollars for parking. Second, our waiter was not professional and I felt he was overwhelmed and should have had another waiter assist him. The taste of the food was not worth the price. The online menu is not the same when you dine in. I had the deviled eggs but there was no bacon jam! The food was not very well seasoned. The catfish is actually catfish nuggets and they were very salty. The calamari was very salty and the steak had great char but could have used some salt. The drinks were good. I had the strawberry lemon drop for 24$. I ended up getting 15% of my meal due to the service. The Mac and cheese was the best thing. The lamb were okay but not work 45 dollars. Hopefully the restaurant improves in the future.Parking: You have to pay 20$ for parking. There is side street parking next to apartments but it’s very limited!

Terrible experience. Went for a birthday dinner and had a reservation. Walked in to an empty restaurant (we were literally the only two customers). The hostess seated us, then the server came over to take our drink order. He informed us that the kitchen staff had gone to "run an errand" because something was wrong in the kitchen, but he assured us we could get drinks and they would be ready to prepare food in 15 minutes. We ordered one glass of wine and one cocktail. The drinks came and we sat looking at the menu hoping we would be able to get food shortly. The music was very loud and we could barely hear each other - and remember, the restaurant was empty except for us. We sipped our drinks and no one ever came to check on us. I saw staff members walk out of the kitchen and look in our direction and then walk back into the kitchen. Thirty minutes later I got up and walked over to the hostess to tell her we just wanted to close out and leave. She said, " Do you want me to get your server?", to which I replied, "Yes please because I have no idea where he is since we haven't seen him." She went back to the kitchen to get him, and he came to our table holding our check. Before handing it to me he said "If you want to stay, the kitchen is fully functional now." I said "No I think we're ready to go", so he handed me the bill. $41! We had one glass of wine and one cocktail total (the bill said we had bread even though there was no food and no working kitchen), and a service charge was included. What service did we get?? Unbelievable. No one apologized for not telling us they couldn't serve us, and no one apologized for our being ignored. I paid and walked out and they couldn't have cared less. I will NEVER go back to this sh*t show of a restaurant. Such s disappointment.

The great dining experience we had at your establishment. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed by your attentive staff, notably the gracious lady at the front desk whose assistance was greatly appreciated. The ambiance of your restaurant is truly charming and service provided throughout our meal was amazing. Each dish was great. We look forward to returning soon.
