The to go process needs serious work. I checked in per text that was sent. Waited over 20 mins for someone to come out. No one showed up. I called Olive Garden to let them know I have been sitting for awhile. Finally some one came out to ask for my information. After giving her my information. I waited another 15 minutes. I decided to just go in & get my order. It was obvious I wasn't going to get it if I waited on them. What's the use of calling it in if you have to wait an hr to get it. Please work on your to go orders & the system that is put in place. It's poor customer service to have to wait for an order over an hour.

Top stars all the way around. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first table was a little tight because I’m a big guy. They gladly moved me and my guest to be more comfortable. The service was timely and food delicious. The Chicken Marsala fettuccine was excellent. I’ll be back

The food seemed not fresh. My lasagna was crunchy around the edges , I had 2 ask for additional Alfredo sauce because my Alfred pasta was so dry and the veal Parmesan had little flavor. My friend had salmon and the side of broccoli. The salmon portion was barely the size of his palm and the broccoli was gross. This coming from someone who loves broccoli!! Overall disappointing food. Good service, but not going back to this location
