This was by far the best experience I've had at a Olive Garden in a very long time, from the time we walked in the door and was greeted by a female (maybe the manger). Our waitress was absolutely awesome (she had a high bun) our food was FRESH came out quick and my drink was very good!!!! This location is a five star in my book ☺️

4/14/24 I ordered food to pickup, it wasn’t a cheap order. Food was horrible, even the breadsticks weren’t fresh. I immediately called and spoke with the GM Claudia, she advised that my cc would be refunded. Midweek, the funds were still taken out of my account. I called the store, was left on hold forever, I had to call back to be advised that Claudia would not return until 4/22/24. I spoke with another manager Alejandro 4/19/24 , he advised that he could refund but will reach out to Claudia and would call me back. I still have NOT received a phone call. Customer service is ridiculous. It’s already upsetting that a pricy order of food was horrible but to receive horrible customer service from upper management is distasteful! Here it is over a week, I haven’t received my refund nor a phone call to update a status or anything. This is insane, I do NOT recommend this location nor do I recommend ordering any order to pick up. I would like someone to reach out and provide my refund. I will be contacting corporate about this incident today!

Do not go to this Olive Garden. My take order was awful. Chicken was so over cooked it was rubbery. The pasta is mushy and the breadsticks were stale. No reason to come here when Ciros and north Italia are in the area

I just recently went in April 4th for lunch time and I was blown away by the service I received from Nathan G. Not saying that whenever I come here, I don’t get great service but today it was exceptional. He went above and beyond, and he accommodated everything that we asked for and no situation that I have to ask for more soup or breadsticks. He was already on it and he seen that I really enjoyed cheese on my soup and my pasta so with no questions asked, he made sure that he kept going until I said stop With more employees like him I will definitely be back more often
