they forgot to send my drink. called them 3 times and have not heard of a solution. I was told that I was going to get a call from the owner last night and I am still waiting. Very very bad customer service. Ordene comida utilizando Uber eats. despues de que me mandaron mi comida, olvidaron mi bebida. Llame para reportar y nunca me llamaron de regreso. Yo llame tres veces y nunca pude hablar con el "dueño" o "encargado" para hacer el reporte. Todavia sigo a la espera de la llamada. Muy mal servicio. No vayan o compren en este lugar.

Ordered my food since it was past lunch hour it sucks that after you set your mind in what you want to it they serve you rotten and spoiled food one is the taste and smell of the shrimps if smeel or tastes like ammonia it's already bad and the bowl of rices that they serve me it was sticky slimy spoiled wit a bad taste they replaced it but I was already sick of my stomach and worst of all I told the owner after deciding to leave and pay he acted like he didn't know and care Imy intention was not to get a free meal on the contrary I always visit restaurants on weekends typical foods from different latin america love it but because of that to avoid someone food poisoning I urge restaurant owners to abide to the sanitations rules

Today, 12/25/23, I placed an order of pupusas and a breakfast and the breakfast meat was inedible, full of skin and hard (I attach evidence), plus all the food has some types of hair and it is uncomfortable to take them out of the meal! Totally disappointing.
Waited 40 minutes for 8 burnt pupusas. They did not bother to check if they had any online orders. Second time I order from online. I really wanted to give them a chance, very disappointed. Would have been okay if it was busy, but it was not. :(
