Wisdom

I ordered sweet fire chicken with chow mein. The chicken was fried too hard and it was dry. It lacked sauce. I don’t recommend this location. What a waste of my money and time. This ruined my lunch break.

Server: Stephanie B. has the worst customer service. My husband & I usually go to this location because it's on our way home. We have been there a few times and it never fails that when Stephanie B. is there she has an attitude. We usually never complain and ignore her but today she really was disrespectful. After she made the mistake of not giving us our complete order we had to go back and ask for the missing item, a different person came to the window of the drive thru and seems like he didn't trust that the item was missing. He asked to see our bag due to mistrust and then Stephanie B. started to laugh at us. Very unprofessional, she makes the mistake and then is laughing at the situation. That was a very uncomfortable moment for them to make us feel like we are lying when she knows it was her mistake. My husband even told the man to check his cameras....... Some people aren't meant for a job like this! If she's not going to be respectful to the customers then she shouldn't be there.

Stephanie B ,the server through the drive thru was extremely rude. She had an attitude problem.After she forgot to put an item in my bag ,i had to drive back to the store and she still has a poor attitude with a smirk on her face !!! Instead of apologizing for her mistake!!! Terrible customer service, if you can't give good customer service you should be fired

They cancel orders and try to blame it on door dash. And as soon you try to call them for the second time they won't pick up the phone. I do not recommend. No wonder this store has low reviews.

After reading all these negative reviews about the staff and food quality - I know it's not just me now that is seeing the lack of employee pride in their work and the quality of the food that is produced here. If you do not like your job here - quit ! You put the income of your fellow workers at risk. The next Panda Express that gets closed down could be yours. SO STRAIGHTEN UP ! The public is hungry and will not put up with this nonsense ! ???☹??
