Management doesn’t know how to run a place. How you have 6 people (from what I seen) working and only one person running the drive thru and lobby line?The man cooking knows about customer service because he seen I was waiting a while to be helped and he stopped what he was doing to take my order. Then after that I had to wait a good 5 min to be checked out because the lady in the drive thru had to check me out. Management needs to do better on helping out

Every time I go through the drive thru line it is SLOW! I have been sitting in the line and it has not moved at all for the last 12 minutes. I am still behind two cars. Panda shouldn't allow people to order food that isn't ready. (At least I am assuming that is why it takes so long to get through the line.)

I am not a person who speaks English completely, I went to this place and Mr. Sheen helped me, and I thank him a thousand times for his patience, because while placing my order I got confused in one of them because of the rush so as not to get caught in the rain, This man is really very kind, as always the food is very good, thank you, God bless you very much

Super slow! I ordered on the app at 8:20 pm, order was supposed to be ready at 8:24 pm and I received my order at 8:50 pm! What's the point of mobile ordering if I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for my order! Just for it to be incorrect!!! There were so many workers just scrambling around looking like chickens with their heads cut off! Not helping the front, not helping drive thru- just walking around and chit chatting like it's their first day! I also saw them handling the cash register and touching the food with no gloves or handwashing. Do NOT come here.

Food is delicious but be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes if the line is *kind of* long. It’s happened 3x now which is why I avoid this location as much as I can. I think they could use Chick Fil A style training.

I was disappointed in the portion size of the "steak" in relation to the amount of rice AND the cost. I had TWO pieces of steak and then one small piece buried under the rice...disappointment.
One of the best pandas in the city IMO. The manager (tall black dude, don’t remember his name but it starts with J) is better than managers at some of the fanciest places in the area. Seriously, someone make that dude a millionaire. Food was fresh and nearly perfect.

The truth is they didn't have rice or shrimp and it wasn't lunch time to say they were busy, plus they don't serve fast and it takes so long to take an order! And the tasteless egg rolls! I really don't recommend you eat there! We couldn't even throw away the garbage because the garbage can was full! ?

I came here the other day in a hurry the weather was horrible outside so I stopped to drive through ordered my food and got the plate with two entrees lo mein noodles were fresh which is hard to get those fresh teriyaki chicken is always fresh and the new shrimp they had was okay at best no condiments that I asked for was in the bag so I had to find my own I didn't rate atmosphere because I was in drive-thru service gets four stars
