Need to turn the drive thru sound up for the people inside of the restaurant. The young lady taking my order couldn't hear me as I replied to my order a few times and asked if I needed to come in so I could get my order clear. The manager did the same thing , And when going inside of the business he told me he wanted me to give him my side first. When did this become mandatory to give your for your side first or does it matter.??? ?Please explain.. is that part of the job.

Terrible experience on 2-19-24. They will serve every customer before they make your mobile order. No manager on duty, all high school kids. I had to go to the counter twice to get them to start my order. Everyone that walked in they would stop working on it and service them. Then once they get to mine they don't have enough and have to make it. I got burnt Beijing beef and it came 25 minutes after my pick up time.
