My family gets Panda Express occasionally and every time one of us go we have the unfortunate chance to be helped by Araceli in the drive thru. Super rude and condescending, I don’t expect conversation and try to give them my order fast since I know they are expected to take quick orders. But if she doesn’t like taking orders or talking to people please switch her elsewhere that doesn’t involve helping customers

It's 9:29 the door was open and two people from the establishment told me it was closed: I asked them what time they closed and they told me at 9:30 but for takeout I could go through the THRU-, I told them if they could take me my order because the door should not be open if it is closed. I've been in food service for 10 years and I've never done that to a customer: a good worker says. Come in, you are the last person to take the order and I send someone to close the door. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. & also I ONLY POST THIS SO THAT THE TEAM LEADER KNOWS IT UNIT WEAKNESSES AND THEY CAN WORK ON IT. The SOUR TASTE THAT WAS LEFT DROVE US AWAY FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT THIS NIGHT I’m pretty sure the OWNER WOULD HAVE PREFERed to have SOLD OVER 100 DOLLARs Worth of FOOD VS Throw away 100 dollars worth of food at the end of the night.

I made a drive through order and when I got to my place I didn’t get the 2 chicken egg rolls I ordered and was charged for, so when I called them, the only solution was for me to go back and drive 15 minutes on way to get my money back and wasn’t even offered anything as a compensation for the mistake I didn’t
