Delivery is terrible. They send a bunch of pizzas out with one driver, so good luck if you are on the bottom of the list. Hope you like cold pizza.Even better, when you try to cancel after waiting 30 minutes from the time you receive a notice that your order is out for delivery, they will tell you that it take 3 days for the refund to hit your account. That’s a lie. No refund is coming.Heat up a frozen pizza instead. You will thank me later.

I'm not impressed with this Papa John's, definitely don't recommend. I ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery (and tipped 35%) with a 45 min eta. After about 50 min I got a text that my pizzas were on the way. Pizzas showed up 25 min later, I live less than 8 min away from them. I don't even care about that stuff, what got them the 1 star review was both pizzas being very raw. Raw pizza dough is pretty sick anyways, but maybe a health hazard being undercooked? I'm not sure but I won't be ordering from here ever again.

Sharla the "manager" would not take the phone call after our company placed a large order of pizza to be ready for pickup at 11:45 am for our noon pizza party. The pizza was ordered at 10am and within like 5 minutes an alert was texted that our pizza was ready for pickup? Why and who would order 6+ pizzas for 10am? Why would you all even think letting our pizza sit for what would easily be over 2 hours by the time it's picked up and driven back to the office is ok?! We were told this is store policy by the employees who answered the phone so I would beware about ordering from this location. Order from here if you want to gamble on how long your pizza is left out. Also your "manager" Sharla needs to be fired, demoted, or retrained at a minimum, refusing to speak to anyone at our office over this issue but yelling at the employee speaking to us on the phone about how to respond is cowardly, and avoiding responsibility that her position entails. Feel bad for all the employees under this store and manager but would never recommend this location. Drive a bit further or find a new pizza joint to order from. 0/5 for this locations policies and poor management.

Awful customer service. They made the mistake of making our order for our office over an hour earlier than we asked for online. Called and they refused to remake it at the time we had originally asked for. Manager refused to get on the phone.

I placed an order at 6:42pm and it was delivered at 8:20pm. I called numerous times with no answer. Terrible manager. This is unacceptable. I will never order from them again.

Ordered delivery online. Tipped online. The pepperoni was pretty good but the cheese pizza was either dropped or shifted during delivery and was basically destroyed. Tried calling the manager to let them know they need to be more careful in the future but no one picked up. For around $12 delivery fee + tip I was pretty disappointed the staff didn't care about the product enough to ensure its safe delivery. There are MANY alternative pizza places that have better service and quality pizzas. Choose wisely and never tip before delivery. 2/10 I don't recommend this location, pic for your edification.

I ordered a pizza delivery tonight. I received a text notification the driver left the store at 6:02 with our order. We live about 10 minutes away from the store. I called at 6:40 and was told it was still on the way. Then the website said it was delivered at 6:40. I called back and was told that there was a mix up and our order was still sitting at the store. I asked if it was the same pizza that was sitting there since 6:02. The employee said it would be fresh and then hung up on me. It was delivered and everything was cold. Our order included a pizza and chicken. Since it’s not food safe if it’s been sitting out since 6:02, we can’t eat it.
Martin was great, had good recommendations, quick, and friendly. excellent pizza got the spicy Italian.

This place is good, some would say their secret to success is a well kept secret but I’ve actually done some research and found out HOW they do what they do.I had to use my special intuition skills while watching the tv to figure it out. Basically through methods I learned while working for a secret pizza espionage organization I was able to get their secrets formula: It’s simple, but mind blowing. They use better ingredients, which apparently is how you get better pizza. I wish Papa John were around today so we could thank him. According to some history books I found outside a local pawn shop Papa John retired but he left the family business in the hands of a man named Son John, and a woman named Daughter John. There wasn’t enough information to figure out what their relationship is to Papa John and local authorities had no comment.

Skinflints! After a long time I retired Papa Johns. Loved it. But now I remember why I stopped eating here. This was how pizza was topped tonight. You take off the cheese and apparently this is what you get for your money. (Side note the pizza was ordered without cheese it was not pealed off.)
Great nice people when I went. I'm currently eating yesterday's pizza that's been in the fridge overnight and it still tastes so good!
