I was going to leave an “Okay” review because when I called after an hour and a half of not receiving my order, with no update… the manager said they were short staffed and only had one driver.That's understandable.FIRST this, if y'all are going to be backed up 3 hours, you should call people and give them the option to cancel or come pick up the order themselves. I tried to call back after another hour from the first call to offer to just pick it up myself. No one answered.When I first put the order in at 8:00pm, I wrote in the instructions to KNOCK because people were already sleep. The order changed from delivery to pickup on the Papa Track. So, i tried calling again (3rd time) because Ihad no idea what was going on and it was super late by then and I didn't want them knocking if they were bringing it still.10:46pm comes and I'm watching the window like a hawk to avoid having the dude knock on the door like the instructions said. INSTEAD he RUNG the doorbell!!! It is late.I should've just canceled the order on the first time I got through to someone. And the food was cold. I will NEVER order from this location again. Communication could've made this whole thing better from the start.

I would not work here, especially as a driver. They will make you work way past your shift and refuse to pay you until they decide to let you go.The managers will also cuss you out and impugn your character.The DM, Stephen, supports this kind of behavior.It’s not worth the lousy $8 they pay you an hour, especially when management is trying to steal your tips.

They don’t greet you when you walk in and when they do see you walk in they always turn around and pretend like they’re busy doing something to make you wait. It just comes off as super rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional and inhumane like. I wouldn’t recommend this specific location to anyone at all. I could sense the really bad vibes each time I’ve walked into this location.

This location is always behind on orders! They need a whole new management or shut it down! I've ordered from this place 3 times (today being the 3rd) and I'll get there at the time it's supposed to be ready and wait 15 mins or more. I'm fed up with this location. Just go to Domino's down the street or another location that actually is punctual! Just look at the reviews below me....

Make sure you order a good amount of time before you get hungry. Even when trying to carry-out on a Tuesday it still took them an extra 30 min to make the pizzas. Food was good but wait time was ridiculous.
