Had a far better experience than last visit. Sat at bar table but not at bar. The chopped salad is not a traditional chopped salad, but it is still good. The fried crawfish tails added definitely made the dish. They were hot, fresh, crispy, and appropriately spiced. Seasonal adult beverage was tasty.Parking: Glad they have added a stoplight on 1960 that facilitates turning into the parking lot.

First time at this site and the service was superb! Everyone was so kind and patient, especially for a large party of almost 30 peopleI loved that it wasn't loud and really enjoyed my food. Typically we like to go to the Willowbrook location, service is excellent, quality of food excellent also. Today however we had even more exceptional experience. For our sons birthday he wanted his family meal at Pappadeaux, Woodlands location was more central to everyone so we tried to book there. The staff at the Woodlands were extremely unhelpful, verging on rude and would not accommodate a large party of guests. Rather than fight it out with the Woodlands staff, which typically has mediocre food quality anyway we called the Willowbrook location. Immediately the hostess answered with a friendly voice, listened to us and told us how to make the booking. The manager even called back to make sure all the details were confirmed correctly. Everything went smoothly thank you so much Pappadeaux Willowbrook!
