Pricey and food not great! Tried to sit us at kitchen and setup area. Resisted horrible table. They then sat us at a booth in bar. We got a 1st day new server who was alone horrible experience. Very nice manager smoothed it over somewhat after we asked for manager.

I know it's a chain, but it's a chain done very well. It's been some years since I was in Texas and able to eat at one of their concepts. They are still outstanding!

It's hard to believe that 27 years ago when I was much younger, I used to work at this location. Today, I came here with my Cajun mom, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they haven’t missed a beat. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was outstanding. My only criticism is that prices have increased since the last I was here LOL! Other than that, the food was spectacular, and we had a great time. Thank you to the fantastic bartending and wait staff for doing an excellent job. The bartending staff deserve recognition for their hard work and great customer service! They had no idea they were serving a Cajun Chef, but they were on their A-game tonight! Full Belly

From the amazing service from mark .P. , to the delicious food. This restaurant is the seafood paradise you’re searching for! Anything you order will be mouth watering and highly appreciated! I recommend the gator for an appetizer. After that the Atlantic salmon Alexander will send you home with a smile:)
This is one of Houston's OG Creole seafood places. I was here as a young child almost 40 years ago. The service bread baguette has a hint of sourdough and has a crusty exterior with a chewy interior. This paired with their creamed butter could be a meal on it's own. Asya did a really good job. We split a Blackened catfish Opelous which came with oysters, shrimp and crab. We also chose the crawfish etouffee with rice over the Gumbo. The key lime pie was a highlight of the meal. Asya was really attentive and a joy to have as a server.

You'll never leave here hungry. The portions are generous, the selection is excellent, and the prices are pretty good for what you get. The staff is always incredibly prompt when it comes to refills or bringing more bread. Even though this place gets a bit noisy, it's a comforting sort of noise - it's pure liveliness.

Everything is excellent in this place. The food is prepared as for a contest. The service is of a very high level of excellence, very fine attention in terms of advice regarding the menu and discretion in terms of keeping an eye on what is missing without being on top of you asking questions at every moment. They deserve much more than five stars. Congratulations.
