It's was my first time on Pappas Burger, and the attendant Marquis was excellent with his skills,helping with the menu and recommendations.The burger was amazing. Everything was so tasty, and the stuff was friendly. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in Houston.

The manager checked on me numerous times, ensuring that my first experience here was nothing short of perfect. They ran down where their burgers came from, which I found to be a cool and unique feature. Great food and good service. I deducted one star just due to the price! I ordered the smaller “off menu” burger but was charged for the full size, so that’s annoying. The burger, fries, and soda were $24 with tip - whew!

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Pappas Burgers. Typically, the quality is fantastic, but last night, all three of our burgers were incredibly dry, tasteless. I think they switched suppliers for their wings - the chicken was very different and tasted off. Whatever they changed, they need to change it back.

Fun place for burgers and all sorts of other good food. Order at the counter and then find a seat, lots of tvs for sports, very fun atmosphere and accommodating staff. Milkshakes are top notch and salads are huge.

This place is just AMAZING to simply put it. Been going for years and not only is the food great, they are consistent with quality, quantity, and service. Never had a bad meal here…. Phenomenal.

First time here and Ranger has great customer service as our server and was very helpful with everything we needed. Christian which was his supervisor was great and gave us free shakes. LUCY JUICEY BURGER … AMAZINGHICKORY BACON BURGER …. AMAZINGTURKEY MUSHROOM BURGER….w/ SWEEY POTATO FRIES ….AMAZINGGRILLED FISH SANDWICH W/GRILL MUSHROOMS… ABSOLUTELY AMAZING W/SWEET POTATO FRIES….Parking: Just tight space but you have security for anything you need…and safety
