An absolutely unacceptable smell permeates the entire side of the hotel this restaurant is connected to. We ate there the first night we stayed at the Hilton. The food was decent, the service was slow, and the drinks were mediocre. No real complaints about the food even though it wasn’t phenomenal. But the smell…. Is ABSOLUTELY horrendous. Do NOT go here

This was the 2nd time I stopped by to have a drink and have something to eat. The young lady I spoke to 1st some what just blew me off and ask me to take a seat at the bar. Now the young man that assisted me was named Michael and he was awesome and made up for how I felt when I 1st ask for a place to sit and enjoy myself there. This place is a good place to relax and enjoy some great food and refreshments. And usually the staff is very helpful to each person enjoy their time there. Thank you brother Michael for improving my time with your outstanding customer service while I sat at the bar instead of a booth. Mr. K. R. Bishop and family.
Service was very fast. Food was too die for. The portions were very generous. Personally I got cheese enchiladas and they were good and fillings, would definitely come back. My server Marshall worked very efficiently and was very nice. The place had many seats so you can eat any time.

We went to Pappasitos before attending a concert at Toyota Center. The place was very busy because there were many events going on, baseball and a festival. We got there around 630pm on Saturday night. We were told 45 minute to wait but we were seated after about 30 mins. Once seated, Marco took great care of us by quickly bringing our drinks and took our food order. It took awhile to get everything but it was expected because of the crowds. Good thing we were walking distance to the venue. This location is excellent when attending downtown events. We had shrimp tacos and quesadilla and a glass of wine. Food was excellent as always.

Wonderful salsa that was fresh and a good kick. Bacon wrapped shrimp were perfectly cooked so bacon was crisp but shrimp weren't overdone. Delicious cheese enchilada. Oh and the salad dressing was delicious a combination of line and honey and vinegar

Really appreciated how it was so busy but we felt relaxed and not crowded. Jaelen was a super server. Snapper tacos were so yummy. Light and crispy chips, great salsa. The Pap. Salad with grilled chicken was next level delicious. Highly recommend for dinner and concert at Toyota Center.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors and tables were easy to maneuver with scooter
