Just walked in for lunch on my son's birthday and never got any service from a server at all. You know it's bad when a table that walked in after you sat down and waited 20 mins gets served before you. No thanks. Rather give my money to someone else

My server Casey almost ruined this experience for my boyfriend & I. He was very inattentive towards us and catered more warmth & a cheery attitude towards the other tables. We don’t know this man from anywhere, but he treated us as if we were such a bother for him. Maybe he needs to go back to training to learn more about hospitality.

Pappasito's NEVER fails to exceed expectations! Great original location with a wonderful vibe. Staff are top notch and food is, too. Veggie options do exist and are delish! Did I mention the drink flights??? ??Vegetarian options: Had them make me a veggie quesadilla and we split their amazing, freshly made guacamole. If you've never had it, you haven't lived!!! ??

My sister and I stopped in for a quick drink and some quesadillas. They were 30 minutes till closing and they still took care of us and let us stay as long as we wanted. Even when I walked in I was greeted and headed to the ladies room, one of the waiters asked me if I was going to the restroom and then sped over to the door to open it for me. Love this place love this location love the staff! I'm from Waco so I plan on stopping back through when I'm back in town!

We had so much fun at this Pappasito’s! If anyone goes there, plz ask for Carlos to be your waiter, he had so much hospitality and made everyone feel welcomed. Our experience was so great because of him and the food was fantastic. Will highly recommend and will go againKid-friendliness: Kids had a pretty good variety and they were accommodating for what kids wanted to eat
