Me and my Friend went here last Saturday for breakfast. He recommended good food and even explained how to order, and what to order. He is also very knowledgeable about US History, Military, Politics, Religion, and the same topics as his home country which is the Philippines. He even shared that this is the ONLY Filipino Restaurant around Bellaire. I like the ambiance in the morning because it is so quiet, but for sure it is also entertaining at night with their happy hour and music.I will recommend this to my friends as their food is authentic and feels like home.

Joey's filipino cuisine epitomizes excellence. I have experienced a myriad of filipino restaurants in Houston and neighboring cities, and Pasayahan Sa Nayon's eatery is unrivaled. All the other filipino restaurants pale in comparison to this restaurant. My girlfriend and I sampled several dishes: pork barbecue, beef kaldereta, pork dinuguan, sisig, lechon Katalin, pork egg rolls, pandit, and, for dessert, halo halo. My sensitive tongue tingled ecstatically when my palatte experienced delectable seasonings and palatable meat. A+

Great food and quick service. Very nice owner who gave extra sample of chicken adobo. It was not too busy but is open late and owner mentioned live music on weekends.

Spent two nights in Houston and had dinner here both nights! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They make you feel at home creating an authentic Filipino atmosphere that I miss! I recommend trying their Barbecue skewers, Lechon kawali, Tortang Talong, Halo Halo, and their famous Sisig! I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Houston and want a taste of home! I cannot wait to come back again!

The sisig was absolutely amazing. And the Lechon, crazy! This was the type of personal cooking that I look forward to. Will be coming back and bringing others here. Wish I took pictures but it was so good that I forgot lol.
