Our fast-food Pizza Hut order was anything but fast! We ordered $112 worth of pizza online. It was supposed to be here over an hour ago. We’ve called several times and all we get is the call center in some country who knows where. Our closest location is the one on Clear Lake City Blvd in Houston, Tx. We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.UPDATE: I should add that our order was for 5 adults and 3 pre-teens who were all getting pretty “hangry.” Our food was supposed to to be delivered by 6:30 pm and it was well after 8 pm by the time it arrived. And one of the pizzas was not what we ordered—instead of a thin-crust veggie, we got a regular crust pepperoni. My daughter finally was able to get through to someone locally and we are supposed to get a refund. I haven’t seen it on my credit card account yet. We’ll see if that credit actually shows up.

$37.00 dollars for 1 pizza and an order of boneless wings. Pizza is so oily that it taste like oil, stuffed crust with like no cheese and paper thin. Wings the size of a quarter. Ridiculous if I must say!!!

Only ordered from the La Porte Texas Pizza Hut for pick up orders but the Female Mexican American Manager stated she does not like being called "Latino because here Ancestors have been in Texas for 8 Generations & are not New Immigrants to The United States of America & it offends Her to be called Latino meaning New Immigrants to the U.S.A. by her old Mexican American Family". Has nothing to do with the Pizza Being Delicious but she is tired of " Latino Karens Types, acting like they know the history of Mexico City when they know nothing & are just those stupid white Karen Types".

Most horrible experience ever!! Ordered food after several tries ! Then received a text to call door dash for delivery. Food finally arrived cold and almost inedible!! Won’t be calling them again!!!
This location is hit and miss on quality. Usually a miss. I've ordered close to 100 pizzas from this location over the last 20 years and the quality has only gotten worse. Avoid this one and go to another location if possible.
