We are at a 3 day conference at the Royal Sonesta and have ordered the same drink every morning (Caramel) Macchiato. The first morning was so perfect and yummy! The next 2 days they had to be told to add milk and Caramel syrup. Also, the waiting staff was NOT friendly at all!!!

Great coffee, awesome customer service. Usually when I go I'd get a chai tea latte (almond milk) with a Turkey sandwich, the thing that amazed me the most is that they put the perfect amount of cinnamon in my drink and warm my sandwich up very nicely.

Coffees and foods were both tasteful and affordable. A very comfortable place, nice environment. the staff is very hospitable and helped me with my every request. Highly recommended!
