Food was great but charged me for 2 shrimp baskets and I only got one and then I had to re order the swamp fries. I ordered but never got and they made me pay for them! And refused to refund the second shrimp basket.

Let me preface by saying the ONLY reason I am giving this place four stars is because there’s not a 4.5. My “dislike” was they give you a heap of fries and I don’t eat fries like that. Outside of that, it’s amazing.My neighborhood had a food truck night so my husband, Mom and I attended where we experienced Pollywog’s. We each ordered the fish basket.I have major food allergies. The fact they knew what was in the ingredients of their seasonings was a plus but to know I could eat here was super exciting. Their ingredients are more natural than you normally find.The fish basket was catfish and fries with a side of their secret sauces. I’m originally from Mississippi so I’m serious about my catfish. You have to know how to really clean and cook catfish in order for it to be tasty. Their secret sauces match perfectly with the flavors of the fish and fries. I dipped my fish in the orange colored sauce and my fries in the red sauce.The orange colored sauce is the consistency of Hollandaise sauce. It’s like a Cajun tarter sauce of some sorts. The red sauce is like a fancy Cajun ketchup.Not only were the catfish nuggets and fries cooked to perfection, the crew’s customer service was elite! Oh and the food is cooked to order so don’t come here thinking the food is under a heat lamp.Next time I have to share the the swamp fries with someone and have as a meal (don’t judge me) because the description the chef gave me was perfect for some fun, comfort food.Again, the only reason I gave it four stars is because you get like six catfish nuggets and an extra large serving of fries. Outside of that, I will be searching for them when I want some catfish.

Hands down THE BEST Shrimp and Fish basket I've ever had. I'm dying to get some more. Then I see they do Crawfish too. TAKE ALL MY MONEY!!! SEE YA SOON!!!!! I loved the seasoning ❤️
