New Go To! Just had lunch and it was fantastic - my penne was so good, salad super fresh and the service on a rainy Sunday was friendly and prompt. What a treat! Next time I'm saving room for some gelato... :-)

Great food at a nice local restaurant. We've had pretty much everything on the menu and its all good. The only problem we've ever had is the temperature. I'm guessing the windows make it hard to keep the temperature even. Sometimes its warm, other times its freezing.As far as the food goes, you can't go wrong, all of it is great.Parking: Small lot, so when everything in the center is open it can be a little tight.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids.

i ordered the chicken Parmesan and was able to substitute the red sauce for Alfredo sauce it was delicious! I also got the hot wings and they were good as well the customer service was excellent. prices were kind of high but I would still pay for it with customer service like that.

I'm a Jersey girl and have been eating and making meatballs my whole life. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs for dinner tonight. I was surprised and skeptical to say the least. Bottom line one of the best meatballs I've ever had. Maybe better than mine . We order from Rays often..keeps getting better! Best Italian in Clear Lake hands down.

What a surprise this place is! We were in town post Galveston cruise, visiting NASA. My husband looked on Google maps for a place to eat afterwards that was close by. Ray's popped up and we decided to give it a whirl. The strip mall exterior is misleading and does not reflect the quality of the food. You order at the counter, then take your number on a stand and sit at one of the 20 or so tables and the food is delivered to you. For the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, every table was taken. Holy cow was the food good. We ordered the Thai Chili wings and antipasto salad to munch on while we sat and waited for a pizza to go. The wings were outstanding! Perfect balance of sweet and hot and crispy. The salad had the cheese and meat cut and formed into heart shapes (just in time for Valentines day). We finished up and took our pizza to go and dine in our hotel room. Not sure we'll be back in Houston any time soon, but if we do, we know where to stop! Try the wings!!

I found out about Ray's when I got a flyer in the mail. The food is authentic and so delicious! You order at the counter, get a number and pick a table. The eggplant Parmesan with arribiata sauce is to die for! The gelato is also yummy! I'm so glad I found this little Italian ledgend!

The food is amazing! I have not had Italian food like this in a long time. All meals are made in-house with their own recipes. The staff were extremely helpful on meal selection and gave the best customer service. The dining area is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. This place is surely better than most italian restaurants in their price range. Pasta, chicken, pizza, salad, soup, and gellato were all flawless, according to my wife, 6 and 8 year olds, and myself.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment and staff
