I had a coupon for 2 pieces of chicken for doing the survey. It said that you would have to buy a large drink, I realized that I was short and asked the guy if he could give me the drink in a smaller size and he said no. I said to ask your manager it’s my birthday and I was hungry that I didn’t get paid until tomorrow. She the manager looked at me and said no she couldn’t do it! All because I didn’t have enough money for the drink. No compassion or professional because it’s not her products. What would a large drink do to your store? I was crying and she simply didn’t care at all! I will never go back to this Popeyes again!

I am a store manager. I sent one of my employees to pick us up food. When it got here as some of my employees ate some of the chicken we noticed it was spoiled. I sent my employee back to get a refund because at this point we’re all scared to eat the food. They never answered the phone when I called 12 times. The manager Caleb refused to refund us because some of the chicken that we bit in was thrown away. Our company will be looking into this location because if any of our employees get sick charges will be pressed because food position is nothing to play with. Very unacceptable customer skills.
