Service needs improvement but food is good.I came in late (8:30pm) on a sunday. Nobody in the restaurant but the drive through was busy.Cashier was inattentive and hard to understand.They had no chicken ready so we had to wait.The soda fountain was all watered down. Syrup was so low that the coke wasnt even brown. No cuttlery, condiments or napkins available without asking.We sat and waited but had to remind the manager after 15 minutes. When it was finally ready they wouldn't even bring it to us.No complaints on the food. It was cooked well and obviously hot.This location needs a better staff to bring it up to minimum standards. I would not recommend this location.

We ordered two chicken sandwich meals, we got two bags and each one had the fries thrown at the bottom of the bag with the burger on top. Also got 2 biscuits and they were just wrapped in tissue. Seriously they couldn't put it in a bag?! Just wrapped in tissue and thrown in between the other 2 bags. Most fast food places are filled with miserable people, makes you not want to eat out anymore.
This Popeyes will continue to be a poorly run, dirty establishment. They constantly forget things and usually they are small enough that I am not bothered enough to fix it. Today I was shorted a drumstick. Not a sauce, or a biscuit, or side. The main event, the thing people come for. And when I came back with my incomplete order, this manager called me a liar to my face and said she personally made my order. She then proceeded to loudly make racist comments about me in Spanish to her employees. I have lived here for over 20 years and have never had such poor treatment at any fast food place locally. Stay away from this location unless you like not getting what you payed for, and insulted by staff for re-requesting it.
