I have paid for the strawberry biscuits for the past 3 or 4 times I have not got them and when I get home and find out I really don’t want to have to drive all the way back up there but they really need to pay attention when people order there food and give it to them my husband chicken doesn’t taste good at all tonight

Such a terrible experience.I place a mobile order and my discount code doesn’t work. I come in and wait THIRTY MINUTES and hear them BARELY place my order. Worst thing to do to a customer. This is just ridiculous. To make matters worse, I asked the cashier about my discount code not working and she says “oh idk how that works” and does not proceed to ask someone who MAY know to help me. Thanks Gabe!

The Mac and cheese were HORRIBLE we couldn't eat it, I took it back the next day and I talked to the manager and she looked at me not saying a word about the situation just nasty saying throw them in the trash then give me two more turned and walked away as if they give me free food .I didn't want the same horrible food, so I just put it in the trash and walked out. I will NEVER eat at the restaurant again when that crew is there. Horrible managers .

Spicy chicken sandwich - No problem. Wings? Roasted garlic Parmesan. Well kind of. Wings had first been coated with hot rub, then battered. Then garlic Parmesan sauce poured on top. What if you didn't want HOT wings? Too bad these people don't know what they're doing.

Went to this location on January 30th and told the employee that I wanted hot fresh chicken and I would be willing to wait. The employee said it would take 15 minutes and I agreed to wait. Upon receiving the chicken, I noticed that the chicken was extremely dark in color and was very dry. It had the appearance of chicken that was refried in hot grease so that it would appear hot. My chicken was dried and overcooked. I immediately asked for the manager Noah that told me I had to bring the chicken back but mind you that it’s after 9pm and I live 25 minutes away. No noah I’m not going back out but I offered to take pictures so he could see what was visibly refried chicken. Nosh was useless and why have a manager if he can’t help with customer service and satisfying customer .Customer service is a zero; food is a zero star and I will never go back to this locationParking: Store #13354
Chicken sandwich is really good , it will fill your tummy. Reason for 4 stars ,Guessing it's management in Blue shirts last few times I have gone to get food they are little arrogant,so really not sure its worth me going there anymore. I love the Chicken sandwich but I will find something else if it continues.

THIS PLACE SUCKS ESPECIALLY ROSA. I paid for 5 ranches but she gave me none. Then I proceeded to ask nicely for some more she hands me one and slams the window in my face. Then I ask for just one more a total of 3 out of the 5 I paid for she says I need to pay 47 cents if I want more. She's rude and should be fired because I was having a good day and she ruined it. Zero stars.

I went through the drive through just trying to order a simple three piece tenders. I said I didn’t want the combo at least five times and she didn’t understand. When I got to the window same situation. My order was messed up all the way around and sucked everything was wrong.
