Yesterday, a craving for some juicy chicken wings struck! Luckily, the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Northwest Freeway was nearby. Pulling into the drive-thru, I was met with a friendly voice from the speaker. The crew patiently explained the different wing flavors, even though there was a line of cars behind me. I felt no pressure to rush my decision, which I appreciated.When I pulled up to the window to pay, the crew member not only complimented my order but made sure I had everything I needed – a complete set of sauces, plates, napkins, and even plastic utensils! It was a small gesture, but it showed just how much they cared about making my Popeyes experience a pleasant one.The crew's courtesy and attentiveness, on top of the quick service despite the line, really impressed me. I left with my bag of wings, a smile on my face, and a definite plan to return soon. Keep up the fantastic work, Popeyes team on Northwest Freeway! You've got a loyal customer here.

Drive through—Delicious chicken and the lady at the microphone taking orders was very nice, I decided to get a strawberry cheesecake with my order and I found 2 pieces of glass in it. ( yes glass.) thankfully I was able to spotted on time.

Bad, dirty immigrant boy laughing in Spanish as he is clearly didn’t fry the food correctly, gave me food poisoning, he didn’t speak any English, I just left, I will no longer come here, absolutely disgusting cruel behavior, I think golden chick will be my new go to place, at least their, they cook my food correctly. Edit: he was not new, I had seen him there for months, disgusting!

This morning I had gotten a 2 piece chicken with a side in drive-thru and the person who took my order was very professional. Would definitely recommend to go during the morning time.
Didn't give me my entire order yet charged me for it. It's my fault for trusting people to do their job and not double checking the bag they handed me until I got home. Very disappointed because I literally paid extra for a combo and they didn't include the portion that was paid extra for.

this popeyes don't accept their gift cards. they told me we don't accept any gift cards. I told them cancel my order and put a sign up saying we don't accept gift cards. so, people won't waste their time coming in and placing an order. this the new one on 290 & Tidwell.
You've dropped from a 5 star to a 1 star review.Where's the iced tea? Every beverage you sell is loaded with sugar or chemicals to simulate sugar. See the attached pic. I've crossed out all drinks that are not sweetened. It doesn't make sense. You go to all of the work of filling a tea dispenser, but you fill it with mud water and sugar. If someone wants "sweet tea" (which tastes like syrup and mud) sell them REAL ICED TEA and let them add their own sugar. Very disappointing.About 2 years ago you stopped selling your only (slightly) healthy side dish... Green beans. What's next? No more biscuits? Or no more mashed potatoes? Just a tub of hot lard with chicken floating in it?You might as well change your name to the JUNK FOOD SUGAR SHACK. - - because that's where you're headed.I'm done. Good bye.
