Food was great, but the service sucked, first I ask if they can sub the drink in the meal for a strawberry shake, which I was told it could be done, so I go and pay and when I look at my receipt I was charge for the shake and the extra unneeded drink. When I told them they made a mistake the refused to refund me the shake even after taking the shake back

Ordered a meatball with a lot of toppings in it. However, it basically was just the meatball and no toppings at all. Seems like someone just closed it up after it came out of heating and handed it to me. This is the second time this month they’ve done this to me on a pick up order.

We love Potbelly sandwiches and their chile! The food is very tasty and you get a lot for your money. We like to eat in at Potbelly because the service is always great with smiling faces behind the counter. Today we ordered sandwiches to be delivered but the Doordash delivery person delivered it to the wrong house. I called Potbelly and spoke to Holly, who had our sandwiches remade and we picked them up. She was very courteous and apologized for the mishap and inconvenience. I now have a store credit and will look forward to another great sandwich in the future. Thank you, Holly!

Just came in for lunch earlier today and the food was hot and quite delicious! But the service was absolutely outstanding, I was having trouble ordering my free entree through the app and Chloe, which I'm assuming was one of the managers because of her proficiency and professionalism, made my food piping hot exactly how I like it and was able to add my coupon on at the register! Overall great experience and outstanding customer service! I will be returning for more

Another potbelly location blows this spot out of the water into an other planet. Ordered a flatbread chicken club, two other sandwiches and a shake, the flatbread wasn't even heated, it was taken out of the plastic bag and they prepped the sandwich, the bread was super soft, no crunch, flimsy and broke the sandwich into several other chunks of mediocre chicken, no bacon, and the veggies were not a proper handful, I've been going to another location close to work, almost every week with zero issues except this spot. Very disappointing. The shake tasted like water. It was not busy at all to have this epically fail.

Told the guy putting my sandwich together, no tomatoes and no peppers. He put alot of peppers on it. Don't go to this location.
Best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Potbelly has left me spoiled. I won't be able to visit their competitors. I got the Italian on flatbread with Mayo, hot peppers and Italian seasonings. Putting the sandwiches under the broiler makes them hot and toasty. The cheese was melty and gooey and delicious. If the Italian meats wasn't enough, the hot peppers gave it a good kick. It was a really tasty sandwich. My only complaint is that I ate it too fast and now I want another one. Cute little place. Great ambiance and the music was a nice touch. Made it welcome and warm.I've this place!

I love Potbelly sandwiches and we come to this location often. I will continue to come back. The staff is not the friendliest and the men's bathroom has been out of order for at least a month and a half. Not to mention the air conditioning is not terribly great. It's also quite loud.
