This potbelly has gone down the drain in terms of service. My last 3 orders have been wrong when I ordered here.I placed an order this evening and was charged for an add on that I did not get along with an item that I had asked to be removed due to allergy issues.All my issues have been with the evening staff. Won’t be ordering from here again which sucks because I love potbelly and it’s close to my house.

It was my first time inside the store today and I looked pretty lost. Everyone working there was great today. I was given spectacular services, from the nice and friendly guy who took and made my order(also told me to download their app to get perks) to the cashier. The sandwich was delicious! You should also do the survey as you will be given a free cookie! =). The place was quite packed by the time I left! This shows you how good they are. I got the chicken salad sandwich this time but I will try another next time!

Ordered three sandwiches on DoorDash and none of them came with lettuce and tomato despite every image of a sandwich having lettuce and tomato.There was no mention that sandwiches don’t come with lettuce and tomato, and no way to add lettuce and tomato to the sandwiches.I am never ordering from potbelly again.

Can't go wrong here!! I always get the turkey breast and Swiss with Bacon and jazz it up to my personal liking. They have a lot of other options though. Plus the customer service is always good. Definitely check this place out if you want a high quality sandwich.

These sandwiches are amazing! I always get The Wreck cause I'm afraid to try something new and be disappointed. But my husband and I felt adventurous today, so we both got the Mediterranean. Soooo good!! Did not disappoint! It had plenty of yummy hummus and feta. I added hot peppers for some extra kick, and it was perfect. Will definitely add this to my list of favorites!

Very Delicious I can't believe I didn't know about this restaurant ??100 times better than SubwayI ordered the Pizza melt and a Cubano and it was excellentI'm Cuban and my mom said the Cuban sandwich it's really goodThe pizza melt without mushrooms on the other hand it's delicious, but I would order it with light sauce because it has too much marinara sauceBest of all, they have an app with a reward system just like Chick Fil A . I'm impressed ??????
I just saw an employee drop a soup lid on the ground. It had an order sticker on it, but instead of taking the sticker off and putting it on another lid they used the same lid for the soup. This is a huge health issue. Standards/training for food handling and safety need to be increased.

Went here to get an big wreck so me and my boyfriend can eat together. I ask for all the ingredients beside tomato they didnt give me what I ask for. Also the meat that was on it wasnt cook nd the bread wasnt toasted. They just threw it together so basically they rushed. They didnt even greeted us when we walked in. No toilet tissue in woman bathroom. NOT SUPPORTING YALL AGAIN
