I do not recommend this location is hard finding parking space not in a good spot. Service was horrible I order online my order was supposed to be ready by 1:27pm I got there no one greeted me and it was slow no customers. They didn't even look at me until a guy came from the back and finally asked. He said order not ready had just started my sandwich. It was done by 1:34. It took up my lunch time had no time to eat. The sandwich was sloppy they just threw everything on it and forgot to add some veggies I added. DO not order online what a disappointment is supposed to be convenient but waste of time.

There was an Asian man that prepared my order. Absolutely amazing service. Showed genuine care about what you want on your sandwich. Amazing greeting. Told me about options for the sandwich and side items. Even offered to get me change so I could catch the bus. I will be eating at Potbelly in the future, thanks to him.

Crystal's personality really shines at this location.
This location is better then the Rice village location. However, I don't care much for the male manager my interactions with him is not pleasant and he has a strange vibe. Other then that this place is okay for a quick bite. They never prepare the sandwich correct. No one seems to hear very clearly.

The employees should also pay attention to delivery pick-ups/ I have had several orders delivered incomplete. NO MORE POT BELLY FOR ME.
