I think you need to mark the dimsum menu with secret code symbols because half the things I selected the waitress crossed out. You feel very welcome when she says "what you want." Lots of character there. The table next to me got a feast. I don't know how they did it. At least the tea was boiling hot. The restaurant has commercial bug zappers for sconces. The blue light gives a cool ambience. They made some good popping sounds. The bathroom was clean. I would go back again to figure out how to get what the table next to me got. They wouldn't share the secret. Oh! They have an aquarium before entering the dining area.

Way underrated for their food. Service left some for desired but can't complain about the food in terms of taste and presentation.

There was only one waitress and one bus girl working the busy dining room. We had to flag down the bus girl for menu and hot tea. The waitress told us half of our orders was not available for various reasons. The dim sum foods tasted fine, but couple of the dishes were warm only. One of our dish sum dish went missing, but got charged for it. We will definitely not be returning.

I had very good service here. However the food wasn't too impressive and a little pricey.I also noticed that the price for Dim Sum was much more than some of the better places like Crown Seafood that has awesome daily Dim Sum.

Dim sum is decent, at least it is way better than Kim Son in Stafford (last time I went, food was all cold, so will never go back). Prices for the dim sum are reasonable. They do have a smaller variety of options than other dim sum places, but with COVID around, there have been a lot of restaurants that have shrunk their menu and eliminated items that don't sell as well so that is understanding. But what I can't stand about this place is the service. Poor management, understaffed, and horrible service. I went around 11am on a Saturday so it was quite busy. There was literally only one male waiter running the whole floor along with the lady cashier in the front. That is definitely ridiculous. We were told it would take about 35 mins just to be seated so while we were waiting, we asked the lady (cashier/hostess) for the dim sum menu so could start ordering on the menu to get a head start. She rudely said to us to just grab a menu (placed in the front of the restaurant where we were waiting) to start looking because she was "Busy". Well of course, if you only have 2 people, including yourself working that whole front of the restaurant. When I asked her for the lunch menu, while she was calculating a bill for another table, she grabbed one near her, and just slammed it on the counter and said, "Here. Come get it yourself." That was the end. We walked right out the restaurant. I don't mind waiting, but I am not going to give business to a business that cant treat me right as a customer. Steer clear of this place. Will never go back.

We came out n from strolling online at some of their photos. We were the only ones there and they made us feel like we were kings and queens. We asked them for their specialty and we decided on getting it. Needless to say, it was the best decision. It was scrumptious. They even let us take photos w the king crab and we got to go behind the screen I. The kitchen to watch them prepare it. What a night! Dinner and a horror show.

I ordered dim sum to go today. I have to say the quality & pricing are much better than Ocean Palace. We'll definitely be coming back. I can see that this place gets bad rep with customer service via other reviews on here but my review is based on togo order. We haven't try other dishes but will probably try it at a later time. For dim sum, we'll order from here moving forward. Chicken feet: 5/5 Har gow: 5/5 Shu Mai: 5/5 Turnips cake: 5/5 Chive steam dumpling: 5/5 Chive pan fried dumpling: 5/5 Sticky rice in lotus leave: 5/5 Salted egg bun bao: 3/5 (the dough was a bit too thick but salted egg inside was good)

Honestly, this place gets a bad rep. I get it. But from my experience the last 2 times I was there it wasn’t half bad! Not my favorite dim sum spot but it’ll suffice my cravings. My 1st time wasn’t that great bc the waiter had forgotten a few orders and ordered extra on some. But it was forgivable bc it was food we would of ordered anyway. Dim sum was not bad! Enjoyable. Nothing fancy. Just your typical dim sum. The menu is a lot smaller than most restaurant but it’s okay. It had everything I liked. With that said, I did not like the hostess or whoever the lady in the front was. She had sat a table down next to us, instead of walking to the host stand for menus (she should of had it in the first place) grabbed my menu off MY TABLE! Like dude, I was looking at that.. Ridiculous. She could of said something or excuse herself or asked nicely to take the menu. But to take it off my table to hand it to the next, unacceptable.2nd time was a lot better! Our waiters were super attentive and man food came out fast! I loved it! haha I didn’t have to wait long at all. Literally got sat right away on a Saturday afternoon. They even gave us the lunch menu which I thought was only for weekdays but they were doing it for weekends too during dim sum hours.Chinese broccoli: slightly overcooked. but I appreciate the dipping sauce on the side do it doesn’t make my broccoli hella salty 3/5Pan fried chive dumplings: 4/5 hella fillings! lots of chives & shrimp. just needed to be a bit more crispy! But tasty!Steamed chive dumplings: 4/5 super juicy and plump! chives and shrimp were overflowing!Taro puff: 3/5 needed to be crispier and more puff! haha but the filling tasted goodChicken feet: 4/5 very flavorful. tender.Shrimp Shao Mai: 4/5 these were delightful. lots of shrimp and bountiful. Juicy as well.Crab claws: 5/5 I liked that it came in 2 pieces. More manageable to eat. Nice and crispy. Came out pipping hot!Crispy salt/pepper pork ribs: 5/5 my favorite dish of the day! The pork ribs were very well seasoned. Crispy exterior but tender rib meats. Loved the fried garlic and fresh jalapeños! I would definitely order this again from their lunch specials!Ooh and they also did 10% off dim sum! So definitely a plus! Overall, this place isn’t bad for dim sum. My bf & family enjoyed it.

Went on a Saturday morning at around 11 am. I was told only the dim sum was available at that time; any stir fried dishes wont be ready until 12 am.I ordered a wide variety of dim sum dishes. Most are priced in the large price category ( 5.25). You do have to be careful with ordering: they do add up.The dishes are kind of lightly salted, which I do like. However they are not lacking in flavour. The egg tarts were unique in they have a almond cookie crust: very nice.Premises are open and very clean and modern, unlike Ocean Palace. While the pricing is a bit steep, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the establishment will probably draw me back.

This place is a total chaos.Placed my order ( no one seated you and you had to go to cashier to place your order) at 12:35 and got our first dish after 1:00 pm.Three orders and hot tea are missing and no one refilled water.I can keep going but to be honest, just go to other dim sum place. Not let this place ruin your mood.

I could go on a long rant but to save my time and your time - food is delicious, service is absolutely terrible. If you don't mind waiting for almost 2 hours at dim sum lunch to get your last dish of xiu mai and have no other plans for the afternoon, suit yourself. If you value your time, go elsewhere with faster service.

Dim sum was decent but service was slow and understaffed. They forgot alot of requests and orders multiple times from drinks to condiments. We ordered the Peking duck and pork belly. None of them came with sauces. We asked again and they just gave us plain hoisin sauce for both. Who the hell eats black bean sauce with pork belly? They didn't have hot mustard or coca cola either. Few dim sum orders were missing so we ended up just cancelling them once we see other tables receiving our order that came after us. One suggestion is to hire more people and get your customers situated or you won't have returning customers. By the look of eager hungry faces from other tables, I'm pretty sure they agree. One couple waiting just got up and left due to slow service. I don't expect much from asian restaurants when it comes to service, but this is way below par even for an asian restaurant. Invest in your staff and employees. Good luck on the business. We are not coming back.

Under new management, service and food is absolutely way better than before!! I feel more confident for expensive seafood dinner!! Their dim sum is equally good too!! Fresh and steaming hot!!
