their phones don’t work and the smell in that restaurant is absolutely terrible. They must have some kind of sewage issue. It’s sad to see it. Go downhill. I ordered food for takeout and didn’t eat it cause all I could do was smell that restaurant all the way home

This is NOT the same Qin Dynasty I remember. I've been a client & a frequent one since 2006 and we've gone from beautiful, clean linen on tables to plastic ones, experienced waitstaff to robots & food that was utter perfection to mediocre. I'm getting new owner vibes but I hope not. I'm giving 3 ? but only because im.hoping it was a one-off experience. Will be returning because this has been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants.

I’m only giving this restaurant 3 stars because of their server Kevin who does an amazing job ! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and since the new owner took over it is NOT the same . The restaurant smells of mold , they have fans on to try and mask the smell . The food taste different and I use to be able to order a lychee martini and every time I go they come up with some excuse why they don’t offer it . I’m so disappointed because I really use to love this place . Now I get disgusted when I walk in because of the smell .

Their service has gone down hill. Drinks always spilled by delivery drivers and they don’t take off items from the total from food they called about not having. Why am I paying for the food that you were out of due to it being delivery? Horrible service from what they used to be.

Horrendous! Do not go here. We have been eating here for years (over 10+ years). When you walk in you are hit with a mildew and moldy/mold smell. Its a dirty stinky smell. Then they spray synthetic gross fragrance over the dirty smell. So gross and first sign to flee. Ordered the Hunan shrimp - it was flavorless and blah. Wonton soup was so gross like dish water - no flavor and luke warm. The white rice was COLD! So obviously it was old rice. Nothing was good, there was only one waiter for 10+ tables. Waiter was attentive and felt bad for him. The owners sold a few years ago and whoever owns this does not know how to run a restaurant with good food and service. The two girls at the front were so clueless and couldn't look you in the eye. I mean is this restaurant up next on kitchen nightmares? It was a nightmare of a lunch. Never again!

Racist and don’t like black people. Receptionist flicked me off in the parking lot while I was parking and when I let her know that that’s not acceptable to do, staff began to record me and threatened to call the police despite me being polite about the situation.
Chicken wasn’t fresh at all. There were parts of the chicken that were tough like it was old or something. I also felt sick not too long after eating it. Overall, I won’t be back as my first visit was not that great either. Plenty other options in the area.

I love the food and service but I hate there is always someone smoking outside the front door. I have bad allergies and get sick from cigarettes. If he works there, why can't he smoke at the back door. Why smoke right where customers come in??

The worst Chinese food ever...ordered chicken and vegetables--chicken was tough and not velvetized like it should be....the chicken fried rice was greasy...and didn't even have chunks of chicken worth the price and the chicken that was in there was tough...ordered fried tofu with garlic sauce...also, a dish that was greasy and lacking flavor simply horrible, also ordered egg rolls flavor was ok ...seriously try another resturant!
