Nice view, expensive drinks and no food after 5pm. Order something to take out and bring it here and just order sodas to take a pic with the view. The drinks were not amazing. I gave 2 stars for the view only.

Absolute zero service. Stand at the bar with one other person for 10 minutes, zero acknowledgment. Finally “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Helps someone else that just walks up. Had to throw my hands up and remind her I’m standing 6 feet away and still waiting. Ordered a drink and sat down. She didn’t even pretend to make it. Asked me 5 minutes later IF I STILL WANTED IT. Amazingly awful service. And for $18 cocktails? Such a a hame, good cocktails and view but very very bad service. Aug 19, 8pm. No business tending bar at Applebees, let alone at a high end cocktail lounge in a nice hotel.

I was a guest at the hotel today and decided to try this bar out on the 24th floor. The bar was very busy with 1 bartender working. A line formed with around 8 customers. I patiently waited a little over 30 minutes to order. A random customer completely skipped the line of 8 of us and the bartender decided to take his order. I spoke up and let the bartender know that there’s a clear line and this gentleman just got here. The bartender whose name is Arnold decided to yell at me letting me know that he’s gonna serve who he wants and that he’s not going to serve me. I asked for his name and the manager and he refused to do anything about his outburst. The whole bar was stunned by the clear disrespect he was displaying. Me and 6 of the customers went to the lobby to talk to the manager about Arnold’s behavior. This type of behavior is uncalled for and he needs to be terminated immediately. He has no class and no self control. The manager apologized and gave us all 2 free drinks and has stated he will do something about the situation. The manager was great as well as the staff in the lobby. Avoid the 24th floor and Arnold and take your money where you will be respected.
