Truth be told. The Tenders are Always Small. Maybe it’s a Company thing…. And the fries are always over cooked, and if not they taste burnt with over cooked fries in the batch. Plus the fry portion they give you is small.

I came to raising Cane's on 3/14 and the lady at the drive thru with the pink phone case took forever to return my debit card to me. Now today 3/21 almost a week later someone which I'm sure was her attempted swiped my card at canes while I was at work. I honestly believe she took a picture of my card and try to use it. Needless to say I ALWAYS HAVE MY CARD LOCK, it just goes to show you can't even use your hard earned money to buy what you want off your card yet along pay with your card, some people will just be roaches!!I cancelled the card but FAIR WARNING PAY IN CASH ONLY AT THIS LOCATION OR DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!! BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION!! I DID SPEAK TO A MANAGER and he clearly said they have a No cell phone policy BUT EVERYONE HAVE A PHONE IN THEY POCKET OR AT THE DRIVE THRU! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SONE IF THEY CANT FOLLOW THE NO CELLPHONE POLICY DURING BUSINESS HOURS!

I know you guys are busy, but be great full for customers! Starting by drive thru girls are so bad at taking orders! By me saying this do not put people in your line to run business if they are going to have an attitude! I asked a simple question and Andrew (guy giving out my food and drinks) did not have to respond the way he did! I asked what drink is this?! And he pointed to the sign and said “it says it right there!” Meaning its green because of St Patricks day! Thats all he could of said! Hey Man, if you don’t love what you do… this job isn’t for you! Speaking from the side of a District Manager!

I never had a problem here but Friday they gave me my order wrong drove home to my kids there box combos both wrong drove back the manager switch it but no sorry for your time wasted
