I go to this location at least three times a week until Monday 4/22/24 and got to work and one of my tenders was broken off, so I contacted corporate and I got an email from them to return to the location to get a replacement meal. Today I went and management thought it was funny and closed the window while my food seat there while he play with the other workers then didn't want to give me my drink. One night I went and they had two young ladies outside taking orders and collecting money just not safe. Management has to do better. This was my favorite spot but it has changed for the worst. They get zero stars

The food was okay but the wait in the drive thru is what was awful. They tried having people take orders outside like Chick-fil-A and it wasn't working on their favor. I dont think that is something they should be implementing especially if they aren't organized about it and having people wait forever in the drive thru

Went last night and bought 4 box combos only to get home to the smallest pieces of chicken ever. Whole family was disappointed. It's crazy we paid so much for hardly any chicken. I guess we have to switch to laynes chicken instead.

I love showing up here even late after work when it's 11pm, at other places the workers will sometimes seem bored or annoyed.. at canes when I've been late at night they all seem so fun!They're so nice, seem happy, and they've never gotten our order wrong.Thats a big deal to me bc most places have messed up our orders even tho we don't make complicated orders. ?
