My biggest issue was the frozen pork. The dish itself was appropriately hot but when I bit into the pork it was literally frozen. So I took it back and asked for replacement pork. They gave me a few pieces in a bowl to add to my ramen but it was also cold, just not icy. The broth itself had a lot of the chargrilled flavor in it, but not in a good way, like in a dirty grill way. The broth was just ok. Not super flavorful. I had the spicy black and it's very mild. Spicy is subjective, but I don't have a super high spice tolerance and it was mild. The other ingredients were good. The cashier was decent. All in all, just an ok experience. It's in Post so it's a cool atmosphere.

The ramen tasted okay, but it didn’t stand out as anything unique or memorable. On a positive note, the portion size was generous. With 3-4 slices of chashu and a plentiful serving of menma, the quantity was definitely a highlight. I did enjoy the dining hall where a large ceiling window bathed the area in natural light, creating an inviting environment.

Wish they would tell you in goggle that it's inside a place. I got directions on goggle and ended up at the Post smh, I was not trying to go inside of there. Parking, ect.

Ramen Moto is a GREAT alternative to other ramen shops that are in the area. We had the Spicy Black which was very good however the Garlic Tonkotsu was DELISH. If you like a spicier dish, I would recommend getting the Garlic Tonkotsu and add a spice bomb! The noodles were super good and bouncy (we swapped to thick noodles on both). Sub one star because I wish there were more veggie add-ins for your ramen to really give it a customized feel. The service was quick like most spots in post, and it was super easy to find seating. I'd definitely go back!

The meat had a lot of fat. And a very small portion for such big price.

Cold pork belly.. that's all you need to know.If you want more- Broth was good. Service was fast. Minced garlic led to garlic choking if you weren't careful.

Best ramen I’ve ever had and I know that sounds dramatic but I mean it! Can’t wait to go back.

Really love their ramen! I used to live in Tokyo and had many ramen in the past. Their ramen is very delicious and dont forget to ask for extra garlic, this is my favorite ramen place in town!

I rarely leave negative review for restaurants. But this place is definitely not worth it. The broth is very oily and noodles are instant. They charge a lot for a bowl of noodles this quality. Won’t come back.

Ramen Moto in Post HTX is so good!!! Recommend the Kara Miso. Service was super quick. Located in the back left corner near the bar.

Expensive but worth it. Best ramen I've had in houston. Big chunks of pork, flavorful, delicious. Wow

It’s a good ramen in the US. But not as good as ramen in Japan or Taiwan.

Houston is really coming up on having fantastic ramen! I am a garlic tonkotsu kinda girl, and Ramen Moto did not disappoint nor skimp on the garlic. Very flavorful broth with lots of noodles and fixins, so you will definitely be full after. It is surprisingly pricey compared to other downtown ramen restaurants, especially if you want extras, but still worth it.

This is inside the POST food hall. I visited on a Saturday night and although it was busy, I was still able to find a table after I placed my order. They text you when your food is ready and give it to you on a tray so it's easy to carry back to your table.I ordered the garlic tonkotsu and loved it! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu options.

Recently got the chance try this spot while exploring downtown, and I will admit it's one of the best ramen I've had in Houston! I tried their spicy miso because of the cashier's recommendation and everything was superb. The quality is definitely top notch. The staff were super helpful and polite and helped me figure out the dish situation. It is located inside of the Post food hall and it is tucked towards the back so it's a little hard to get to. The inside of the food court can be a bit loud but it is a shared space. The price point is comparable to Jinya and other establishments around the city (at $16) but it is one of the more affordable options in Post, where other vendors are closer to $20+. Would definitely recommend!
