This was the worse dining experience ever. I was very disappointed to only choose between hot dogs and pizza. Even salad bar didn't have any fruit or cheeses. I can get hot dogs and pizza anywhere for a lot less money. And I wasn't given a gratuity option, it was automatically added to my bill. Bring back the Red and White Wine Bistro.

Had an incredible date night at Sire Spirits Diner Club during the Lakers versus Rockets game. The ambience and aesthetics were top-notch, and the customer service was impeccable—polite and well-organized. Can't wait to return for another great experience!

poor selection as compared to the set up when it was red and white bistro poor food quality. pizza, pasta, hot dogs and burgers. limited salad and cheese no more carving station . it seems all the food quality went down and the prices went up. shrunk in size of food options available drastically. even the old exceptional cookies were replaced with cheap imitations. sad to see what has become of this formerly excellent experience.

We have eaten here several times before when it was Red & White Wine Bistro, and we liked it. However, now that it has become Spirit Diner, the price went up, and the quality, as well as the food choices, has gone down. The choices were cold pizza, cold pasta, hot dogs, hamburgers, and a pitiful little salad bar. The waitstaff is above average, and the ambiance is as well.

I frequent the SIRE Club (former Red & White Bistro) pretty much every time I attend a Rockets game. For the price the experience has really changed. From the moment you come in, the staff is telling you about all the limitations; that frankly did not exist prior to the past two seasons. Upon arrival we were informed that there was a 1.5 hour max occupancy for the table. Which is fine because I was going to my seats. We ate in about 1 hour and 15 when the manager came over, took my credit card, charging me for the cost of food and an added gratuity that I did not see or previously agree to and reminding me that our time was drawing nigh. Let's just say the charge we substantive enough to not be reminded yet again of the max occupancy time. But that really doesn't matter either. A better approach may have been to say "now that you ladies have finished dining you are welcome to grab some desserts or other snack to take to you seats or enjoy over in the lounge area". Sire Club management I'll let you have that one for free! Please stop being so rude and uninviting!!! You are killing the vibe!

Had the worst experience in a premier executive seating area of a venue. The hostess was horrible with a bad attitude and the manager was arrogant with attitude and displeasure. The venue has an apparent policy that makes no sense and they wouldn't initially accommodate. Overall experience was very unsatisfying!

Fun place to eat before a Rockets game. Food is nicely served as buffet style. Good preparation Sometimes the roast beef is a little tough. Maybe it could benefit being choice or prime grade. All food is served perfectly. Desserts are best when it's a hot cobbler with ice cream.

This is the third time this season I have attended a game and made reservation at Sire Spirits Diner. 1st when making the reservation you never offer a reservation after 7:30 pm - Due to work and traffic I cannot arrive to the Toyota Center until after 7:30 pm. I left messages to address this and no return call. 2nd. the Sire Sprint was empty for the third time this season. we asked the hostess to seat us at the counter so we can watch the game. like our last two visit to Sire Spirits Diner club it was empty. The hostess gave me a different lame excuse this time stating I only requested the table out of view of the game. The choice of table was not offered. Your hostess need to learn to be customer centric and accommodate request especially when the restaurant is empty!

The food was just mediocre, the weight staff was very nice, but you really have to hurry to get your meal done before gametime. Took forever to get the check, missed part of the first quarter.

Celebrating my wife's birthday! Very little to no acknowledgment at all only when we stood at the front to be seated. Waitress was clueless and the selection of food was very limited!! Over $200 later for me my wife and daughter it definitely did not meet my lowest expectations. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! So many fine dining restaurants I could have chosen for far less and great ambiance and food. I made a huge mistake and I promise I won't make this mistake again!!!

Our server was great - it's not like the old days in the Red & White room. It would be nice to sit in the empty seats that allow you to watch the live verse watching the on a small TV at an uncomfortable angle

The food was exceptional to start off the season and it was a good choice; however, for $60 (an increased from last year) the dessert selection should be better--ice cream should be available and a better cookie selection. Also, there should always be a hot dog, nacho, chicken tender, and popcorn stand for the children attending with their parents (and for the parents who like hot dogs). Having these items is not going to break the bank and it will ensure that people continue to come to enjoy the Sire Spirits Diner Club! I always eat at the Club because it is a great place to watch the game, eat, and have a great wine selection at your fingertips!

excellent service from Harold! Only wish it opened earlier. We like to be in our seats by introduction of our Rockets that requires wolfing a meal down and still often missing it. It would be so much better if diners could enter at 5:30 instead of 6

In comparison to the Red & White experience, this was very different in a bad way. From waiting at the hostess stand for at least 5 minutes while figured out logistics amongst themselves, to being saddened that the typical booths no longer overlook the court. It took a long while for a server to come to our table for drinks and even longer as we were eating and plates stacked up. While the food was okay, the cheese & cracker section was not up to par. The cheese selection was lacking, there was no honey, and the orange marmalade was proudly displayed in a Great Values jar (Walmart brand). With the club on half of the space, no the restaurant side is so full and there's a line at the buffet, which we never experienced at the R&W because it was spaced out more.

The service was awful. No utensils on the table, no refills on your drink. My son asked for a refill to our waitress Sydney C, she took his order and he never got it. He order it on the start of the 4TH quarter. I asked for water once I was done eating and they directed me to the bar. This was one of a few time I did not want to leave a tip because I felt I did not get any service. This experience was so TERRIBLE, it is unforgettable. Not worth it for the cost or your time. You are better office eating at the food courts in the arena. The wait is the same, you get your own utensils and refills at a cost of $60 and if you bump into someone, they at lease say, "my apologies, excuse me."
