The appetizers were very good. We ended up getting a mixture of food to try out. It was a lot of food and very tasty. The waitress was very friendly and knew a lot about the menu and answered all of our questions. First time eating at this location and I would come again.

I have never been in such an unpleasant environment until I witnessed the waiter hitting a customer, the waiting time is exaggerated, it leaves a lot to be desired ??

Unfortunately our Easter Sunday lunch with family was greatly disrupted when our waiter got into a physical altercation with a customer. We sat without drinks or anything for about 30 minutes until someone finally came. The rest of our party had arrived prior enough to the incident that they had received their drinks so we were in limbo a while.

Service from our waiter was great, but I did encounter another server that was very rude when I asked him where I could find I waiter. I had to step out to the car to grab cash for a better tip, and our waiter wasn't in the front of the restaurant when I got back inside.

I came here for my mom's birthday and a day post on from my daughter having surgery, so we definitely had higher expectations when it came to this experience... when we got there, I skipped a head, and asked the host to sit us with someone they highly recommend and let's just say they missed the mark. We've been going to Red Lobster for our birthdays on and off traditionlly for our birthdays since I was a baby, it was just something we do... They sing happy birthday, you pet the lobster, something so nostalgic about the red lobster experience we hold onto.... Lets talk about it....Our waitress was awful. The first issue that happened was our drinks, I'm a diabetic, so I asked for diet pepsi, my mom asked for a regular, she came and didn't know which was which, her response was " They're both dark, I'm not sure. One of them is diet Pepsi" not even suggesting she'd get new drinks, I told her it was probably best to just put a straw in one or something to tell the difference, but I would need to know which is which, so she unpleasantly says, okay, I'll just take it back.. as if it was literally inconvenient to her. Menu has changed a ton, and she was not sure of things we were asking about that was older items, which I get but her responses just made us feel like she was annoyed. She did ask a manager who was very rude later.. I'm not sure if she was going to him about other things but he was so not happy with us by the time we were unhappy and trying to get his attention... Nothing could be accommodating it seemed and the only reason I truly was asking was because my daughter had just gotten surgery and I was trying to see if there was wiggle room on the things or if there was up charges and how things worked now. Moving on; refills, had to track her down, only got one, she forgot an bread, our appetizer, she didn't keep track of so she told us another sever took ours, so that ended up coming out pretty much moments before our food. She forgot our butter, with both our entrees. She forgot to add the cheese for my daughter broccoli, so she brought a bowl of melted cheese, we also had zero silverware for 5 minutes while our food sat there. She forgot my daughters side mac, our brussel sprouts. The salmon was undercooked. When we told her about my moms not being blackened, her response I wrote it down. Not to mention, when she forgot our appetizers, she could tell our entire mood changed because at this point, no refills, no bread, no silverware.. she said I'm pregnant, I've got forgetfulness, I tried so hard to understand because I've got two daughters, and a brain tumor that causes icp, which is intercranial pressure, I also suffer brain fog, but when her attitude became so nasty, and she just continued to forget about us, it was to much. We just wanted to to leave. One manager was extremely rude and when we tried to get his attention, his response was, can you just wait? I'm busy right now. In the most rudest way. Luckily, there was another manager and he took a lot off the bill, he was to nice, otherwise I would of asked for him to allow us the Grace to leave, because the only thing gone was my daughters shrimp, my other daughter didn't eat, and the broccoli with the weird glop of cheese was still there. Our empty cups still sat. Dirty table.. so we paid for our drinks, and two kids meals, regrettably...but I should of just went with my gut and read the other reviews. Just avoid this location if you can. No birthday dessert for us. lol

The food was Delicious but the wait staff looked like they just got out of bed and cane to work not neatly groomed at all. My waiter acted as if he was in a rush every time he approached my table. I noticed something was missing and when I was about to tell him he disappeared. He just basically threw the food on the table. Terrible service but great food.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for accessibility

Came with my husband and son waited for over an hour. A couple came in after we were seated and they were served before us. When I asked the waiter why they were being served before us she stated that she wasn’t our server and began to apologize to the other couple at the other table ? when I voiced my frustration she began to argue with me in the middle of the restaurant. We got up and walked out without being served. No apology nothing! I would not come back to this place the service was horrible.

The food took entirely too long to come out while on lunch break and there were only a handful of people there. The food was fresh and good but I had to bag it up in the Togo box cause after waiting an hour to get it, my lunch was over. The staff is not very attentive here.

The food came out cold after waiting 45 minutes. The waitress never came to check on us at all. Drinks were not refilled the entire time we were there. The whole experience was terrible.
