Had time to kill and this was the perfect outdoor spot. The Cafe de Olla was perfectly sweet and smooth (I usually always need a splash of milk to kill the bitterness) no cream needed. Enjoyed the sound of the water fixtures and relaxing music.

I could sit here all day!! This absolutely dreamy space is perfect for a relaxing day off or a place to get some work done. I had a savory Janis Joplin crepe and their Matcha Do About Nothing (matcha, lavender, rose) latte & both were delicious! The back patio is covered, with water fountains and honeysuckles around the side that really set the whole mood amazingly. I was here on a Wednesday afternoon & it wasn't crowded. They also have a front patio by the ordering area, but I couldn't resist the back area. I will definitely be back while I am in Houston.

Great crepes. Really liked the Ann Richards with cookie butter.
By far one of the best local coffee bars I’ve had the pleasure of finding. The vibes are very relaxed and eclectic. The coffee was very smooth. Not highly acidic. Bottom line Great coffee! Even better human being who service you.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options

If someone orders an espresso over ice, don't charge me for ICE. Seriously? That's enough to lose a customerThen the barista asks if I'll leave a tip because of where you place your P.O.S. (point of sale) which is way out of bounds.I will tip, but don't ask me and then ask HOW MUCH?Absolutely will never go back.

Good morning Houston!☕️ AND how can it be legal to have a cashless business? Well, we’re in Texas baby, that’s how!!!! ? ☕️

**Update: taking away a star because of their payment/tipping system. Customers should have access to go through the payment system themselves. It’s awkward asking if you want to leave a tip every time, but beyond that I noticed last time I was there I said leave 10% because I just grabbed one coffee and the barista automatically put in a dollar!! And you don’t get a receipt so how would you know? That’s just stealing. :(We love retrospect! Service can be slow, but great coffee and kind staff.
Retrospect Coffee Bar in Houston is my go to spot for getting my caffeine fix. I typically get the iced latte – smooth and refreshing. Ive also tried their banana chocolate chip muffins topped with granola - a very tasty treat!

My boyfriend and I have been to many coffee shops while visiting Houston and this was our favorite so far; simply because of Chris and his coworkers. We were immediately met with an enthusiastic greeting from Chris who helped us with the menu and delivered us delicious coffee (the best we’ve had so far). Plus, the beautiful heated outdoor patio and the ambiance overall was a bonus.

I got a hot chocolate, supposedly a large one. At Mcdonald's, you have much better hot chocolate with double the size. The taste wasn't even mediocre, such a disappointment.
Great!! Will be back!!
