Worst pizza I ever had! Tasteless! Had a giant slice that tasted like it was frozen and then they put toppings on it and cooked it. I asked for garlic powder because it had no taste and they did not even know what I was talking about! Don't waste your money!

I don't know why they have so many bad reviews. The pizza is very good and the fact ppl give it 1 * for being cashless is dumb. Those people should not be allowed on this app.

Only real issue was that the high ceiling makes for a noisy echo, couldn't hear what was being said.

This pizza is bad way overpriced I ordered the 16 inch square pizza and it is a grease bomb and I also ordered a Greek salad and it did not come with Feta cheese so I go back to get fetta and were super rude about it and when I was eating the salad I found a couple staples in it Go TO literally ANY OTHER pizza place

This in no way resembles a Sicilian pie and especially not a new york pizza. It is the thinnest thing I've ever seen. It might as well be thing garlic bread.

Such a nice setup, so pretty in side, pizza with ricotta....mmmm mmmm love it. But the workers there didn't allow for 5 stars. They seem less than enthusiastic and a little off if I'm being honest. But still was able to appreciate the beautiful store and delicious food you get at Russos....best of luck.. (hire nicer folks though, you've spent a ton on the store, it's so gorgeous, don't spoil it with aloof, indifferent employees, mind your business!!!all the diff)!

First time in, and I’m from out of town, I thought that this was a real deal New York style pizzeria. I ordered the Stromboli and it did not disappoint. I’ve been to a lot of Italian pizzerias, and this is by far the best I’ve ever had the three gentlemen that were there, really know how to take care of a customer. I was thoroughly impressed with not only the food but the atmosphere and the service.
