I just have to give a shout out to the AMAZING manager, DILIP! Not only was the food and service EXCELLENT during our visit…Dilip went out of his way to go ABOVE AND BEYOND! After we had already left, I realized I locked my keys in my car! He saw my sons trying to figure out how to get the keys out of the sunroof that was ajar…he came with some tools and SAVED THE DAY! Thank you , again, Dilip!!

Really good pizza! Went with my family (5 adults) and we got the biggest size and still had leftovers. Not pictured was a Cesar salad and Greek salad that were also very delicious. Finished with a New York cheesecake and it was a great texture, not overly sweet. Can’t wait to go back again and try other menu items.

We picked up food to go. The lettuce in my salad was watery and not good. We got a piece of red velvet cake that was MOLDY. I will never eat from a restaurant that doesn’t even notice they are putting moldy cake in a bag. What else are they serving that’s gone bad?

I have ordered 2 times in the last month for 30 people, and at the last minute. Not only have they accommodated me and my company, but they have gone above and beyond. Delivery on time, kind and courteous, pizza and salad are delicious, tea is fresh. Also, providing plates, cups, ice, and utensils. I can't thank you enough! I will continue to order pizza (be small or large), from Russo's Briar Forest.

The second time at Russo's New York pizzeria, the first time was at westheimer location and was superb. The ambiance is great. This time, I chose the Briar Forest location, place is ok, little updated, restrooms were clean, service was ok, I ordered a slice of Mediterranean pizza with extra arugula (add on), and house salad w/balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and a glass of red house wine (chianti) and was great, pizza was crispy (ordered extra crispy), dough was cooked to perfection, nice and thin, amd and the arugula was great, not overly cooked or guey, flavor was superb, salad was crunchy and fresh, considering that in most places the salad isn't great, except for Jason's deli (fav here), here was up to the point. Wine was great, particularly I loved chianti, coming from an Italian family (direct line, lol). chianti is one of our MUST HAVE AT THE TABLE, I was not disappointed.Highly recommend this place, late night dinner, or first date, you will love this place!!!!! No desert this time, sorry peers!!!
