They should have more staff, there was only one girl who did everything, I felt bad for her.

I do not understand why this place has 3 stars. It is because of the location, if that is the reason, did you know that the restaurant will valet your parking. I am snob when it comes to food, everyone complains that my expectations are too much. I had a gluten free pasta dish with mushrooms and spinach. The sauce in the dish was delicious. I only had hoped to have order some type of protein. I eat little so I took my pasta home and made a dish for dinner by adding some roasted garlic olive oil and chicken. I could not believe how delicious it turned out. The gluten free pasta was outstanding in its texture and flavor. The server was super, and place was very clean. I would totally go back and try another dish. Yes they had no fountain drinks because it seems that the restaurant was fixing the machine. As a person who loves great food, I review restaurant on cleanliness, the food and the service. I enjoyed a glass of water with my meal.

I have never eaten at a Russo's until yesterday. I was really impressed! Everything I sampled was amazing. i personally odered the chicken parm and a side salad. i had enough leftover for another meal! Someone ordered a side of meatballs and they are the best restaurant meatballs I have had in a LONG time. The red sauce was not too sweet, which I prefer! The complementary bread had a nice flavor and was airy where you did not feel like a rock was in your belly! the server was attentive! Overall a 5 star experience!! I will definitely be going back.

We recently tried Russo's (Heights) for the first time. While the Chicken Parm and Lasagna were both delicious, the garlic knots were unfortunately overcooked and a bit tough. However, the biggest letdown was the service. The waitresses we encountered weren't particularly friendly or welcoming, which put a damper on the overall experience. Especially when dining out, attentive and friendly service goes a long way, and unfortunately, it felt lacking on this occasion.Creating a warmer and more inviting atmosphere, along with staff being readily available to address requests, would significantly improve the dining experience.Overall, the food was good, but the service could definitely use some improvement.Parking: Parking isn't the greatest but there are options for street parking and at other areas nearby.

Worst customer service experience ever. Tried to place an order online at 8 pm, but it was canceled saying you were not accepting any more online orders. The restaurant closes at 10. Tried to call and place an order. No one picked up the phone. Walked the 15 seconds it took to get to the location. The only people in the restaurant were the hostess/cashier, cook, and cashier's boyfriend who was hanging out at the counter. Informed cashier of my experience. Her response "Sorry. We were really busy." Informed her I was right across the street and could see they were not busy. This was employees trying to close early.

We were a large party, they had one cook and a cook in training. One cook, called out Ill. The last pizza for the table came out 1.5 hours after we ordered. The food was delicious, and our waitress was attentive and apologetic. Thank goodness we weren't in a hurry.

I am having trouble with the way I feel about one of my favorite pizza places. Today I ordered a pizza over the phone and had questions on why the online ordering system has been down for so long, the representative did not have a clear answer, I was also curious if I would qualify for one of the online “deals” but could not bc that was only for online orders. Anyhow upon arrival for my pizza the receptionist was surprised of my arrival due to her impression that I had cancelled my order…I am assuming my questions had made her think I wanted to cancel my original order. This was very upsetting and made me want to speak to the manager but there doesn’t seem to be one, I’ll take it as a business spiraling out of control at this point which is a shame.

The food was good. I had the pesto chicken pasta and a supreme pizza. The desserts were stale. The carrot cake was hard like its been sitting uncovered for a week. You can literally hear how hard it is on the video. We also purchased a cheesecake that was stale as well. And at $12.99 a pop, I'm VERY disappointed!

The pizza here is good, and the location is super convenient for us. However the service here is really inconsistent, some employees are better than others. Placing an order of the phone can be a real struggle and the website for this location has never been in working order for me to place the order online. The food is solid so we will continue to come here, but would really love it if the website worked. Also, they do have an outdoor patio but it is kind of sad. Not a lot of atmosphere. We usually get take home and have never eaten inside. They do have a good happy hour for drinks, which we always say we will try, but we have never gone.

Service was terrible and the food was even worst, not sure how you mess up heating up a pre-cooked slice of pizza. Breadsticks for the table were stale and cold. Spaghetti with meatballs that were still cold in the center. The girl upfront needs to find a new job, looked mad at the world. This place will close down in three months.

Place was completely empty, only had pizza available for people to eat, they didn't have anyone available to make anything else from the menu. Will not be coming back
