The salad was okay not worth the price Tag paid for a regular salad and a small one on drink and a bottle of water came out to $50 and some change I feel like I got shafted ? for that price I could make it myself at home place is a rip off quality is good but price kills it for me for that price I could've ate like a kinlg at somewhere else lol

Was the use of the app if they don’t give me my rewards and on top of that their excuses is the system is down I don’t like this location. This is my million time coming here and they never add my rewards and their excuses is the systems fault.

The reason why I took my salad home was because the Dining/eating area did NOT look Desirable! :(The sitting booth areas had more Rips & Tears than any ghetto's neighborhoods!Salata on 59 Southwest should be ashamed of themselves. Especially the price you have to pay for a salad with protein(s).Note: Their salads are fresh & edible. But their croissant bread is way too small for adults. New restaurants have opened up in that area, therefore Salata needs to get it together. Lastly, I did take photos of their Rips and Tears of their sitting booths. But even I'm embarrassed to post them. That's how disgusting they are.

First when you walk in the employee's don't greet you they looking at you like you in the wrong place, they only offer (2) types of lettuce with them big stems on them ?? I hate that plus the employee's don't speak English well they don't want to put condiments on the salad acting like subway( oops ) I don't like the service won't be back.

The server was named Jonathan. He had a very ugly or should I say a unwelcoming attitude. I have been loving Salatas for awhile but he made this experience really miserable. Just a thought if you can’t have great customer service find a new career or just find a new job.

I’m a regular at many other Salata’s but this place is VERY STINGY with their portions and the servers give you attitudes as well. Why are the portions for the small salad the same as a large? That makes no sense. I am quite displeased with this location. If I can help it, I will not be going back here.

There's numerous toppings from eggs to artichokes (the latter cost extra), olives, carrots, broccoli etc. However, the protein options are pricey, costing an extra $4 to $5. The food is delicious and fresh.
