I love Salata- the taste and quality is always consistent at every location and the toppings are generous. It’s always better to make your salad in person because the online ordering doesn’t have all the same options.

when I came to pick up my order they thought I didn't pay for my order and kept me from getting my salad even though I showed my confirmation email and I had to wait for the manager to come out and confirm for me to receive my salad.The salad base was wrong and for my huge salad they gave me a small container of dressing. Not ordering here again nor coming back.

This location is in the Heights.We are not happy with this restaurant at all.Dined in with friends, and we were ALL disappointed!!! The staff do not greet customers upon entrance. Some employees just stare. Employee' s may rush you through the line so they can get back to their conversations. I went to wash my hand, and the restroom was dirty!! There are too many employees standing around doing nothing. The restaurant was empty and now we know why.We won't be back.

Do not go to this location. The manager Jose isn't friendly. You won't ever see him smile.He talks to certain employees in Spanish. Staff not friendly either and sometimes pretend not to speak English but they are on the register.Employees gossiping in Spanish about customers- assuming other customers don't speak Spanish. Standing around gossiping while restrooms are dirty. Employees claiming not to speak English know plenty of English when they argue with customers or it's 30 minutes before closing. We've seen and heard enough. We won't be returning.Avoid these extremely rude employees.

Today, I visited the Salata closest to my house. I frequent this location and often purchase a $20 salad. Today for the first time I was unable to tip (limited budget today). The male cashier was so rude that it prompted me to leave this review. Right after I selected the no tip option, he walked away from the register without handing me my food or my receipt. I had to reach on the other side of the payment station to get my food and remove the receipt from the printer as well. I normally have great experiences at this location. However, today was unpleasant and unfair.
