Ad we rush to make it to the ballet, we were craving a warm treat before the show starts- and then my map pinged Samurai Noodle! The staff are so friendly and dedicated to their craft and it said true through the noodles. Refreshingly delicious and we couldn't stop slurping down our bowl of noodles- the broth is delectably rich in flavor- 15/10!!!

I came here for lunch with my brother and the wait staff was very attentive when we walked in and we were seated immediately. Their menus are large with photos and I always appreciate photos of food when I see them on here or in a restaurant. We both ordered different ramen (Shouyu Tonkotsu Ramen and Tampopo Ramen) and along with the Samurai Armor to share, which is well more than enough for the both of us on extra pork slices, soft boiled egg, seaweed, and other toppings. We thoroughly enjoyed our food in the speed and quality it was served. I also ordered a Tetsu Max Tsukemen to go and it was ready by the time we were ready to checkout. Love this place for the service and food. This was my second time coming to this location and it will continue to be a good spot in my area for anything ramen!

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. Small space, lots of seating. The place is simple, very chill and casual. We sat anywhere we wanted and the guys running the place was friendly. Not too busy and service was pretty fast. We ordered the following: Tempura Squid Legs-- 8/10 Karaage-- 7.8/10 Miso Tonkatsu (no bean sprouts) w/ marinated egg, seaweed and spicy garlic-- 8/10. A little on the salty side, but still flavorful. Spicy Miso Shoyu (extra noodles on the side)-- 7/10 The food was really good. The only down side for me was-- the soup wasn't as hot as I was expecting. I need it to be hot enough to burn your tongue on arrival. But, I still enjoyed it. I liked the texture of the noodles, not soggy at all. We're definitely coming back to try other dishes

Got charged $2 per ramen for substituting meat with tofu and the server never informed. Never coming back. Tiger Den is way better.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year, and I’ve got to say it’s definitely a must go-to restaurant. The service, the food, the atmosphere is spectacular and this place deserves more recognition. I love the staff, especially Lillian <3 she’s awesome and always makes sure every one of her tables are taken care of no matter how busy she is. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We've been going to Samurai on and off for some time! It's gone through many different revisions but their menu is mostly consistent. Overall, I would recommend giving them a try, but this wouldn't be my first go-to recommendation for ramenI think the quality of the ramen and appetizers in particular has really fluctuated as time has gone on - for example their gyoza used to be thinner and seemed more hand-made and now it's a thicker, possibly vendor sourced dumpling. Still fine, but the flavor isn't as good.Their ramen is pretty good! I would really recommend the mushroom ramen as it's unique and really I love the variety of ramen options they offer here - I don't know that any other shop nearby offers quite this level of variety.Service is a little dicey it really depends on who is working that day as they have a small team and it's easy for them to get overwhelmed. Please be kind to them though as this is a local, small team!

This is the best ramen joint I have been to in my life. If there are any bad reviews I’d have to say that they simply came on a bad day. everyone has bad days yall, why make a poor review on a place you’ve only been once!? anyways I went here with my fiancé the other day and the food was phenomenal. I went with the Spicy Miso Ramen and she got a Teriyaki pork rice bowl. Both these dishes exceeded our expectations. We’re planning on coming back this week for more!!

These might be the very best ramen noodles I’ve had in Houston. And I don’t say that lightly. Their delicious twist on ramen and unique style bring these authentically homemade dishes to LIFE.

Juicy KARAAGE (fried chicken) and crispy KOROKKE (potato croquette)!Great ramen space with great service from the waitstaff and decor, just like back home in Japan. The ramen soup is also authentic, especially the SHIRO TONKOTSU, which is creamy and complex. The only regret I have is that the noodles are too briney, or maybe the brine is too strong.Egg noodles are too hard and short and torn. Please check the original recipe...Anyway, I will definitely come back again!Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has high chairs for children.Ramen noodles can be shared with children.Friendly!
