Ordered mix grilled, clay pot, kofta cheese roll, and fish. The beef kabob was dry and tough so we couldn’t eat them, the chicken was dry as well, but little better than the beef, the only thing was good in mix grilled is the rice. The lamb shank in clay pot was dry too rice was cold while it should be warm because they put the whole pot in the oven I think, however it was very normal dish no thing special about it. The worst dish was the kofta cheese roll! They didn’t explain in the menu what type of cheese it has but the cheese they use is inconsistent with the kofta at all and there was no sauce or anything in this roll to make it taste better they have to reconsider it. Fish was good but nothing special about it as well salt and pepper no special spices or any attractive flavor. My friend and his family tried this place few weeks ago and they said food was good, but they disappointed this time so I hope it’s just a bad day for the kitchen and I'm sure they could make it better next time.I gave 3 stars for the great Hummus and fresh bread and super friendly people working over there. I will be back to try them another day and I may change my opinion.

YALL!!!!! HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST MEDITERRANEAN PLACES!!!! The food is soooooooooo tasty and flavorful, I just got back from Istanbul and this place is way better than places there! The service was outstanding, they are attentive and nice! The ambiance is perfect it has a cozy feel but also a Middle East vibe that makes the experience whole! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!! You will not regret it!

Unfortunately, after enjoying Sayad for many years, they simply are not up to the same standards anymore. I'm not sure if the decline was marked by the move to the new location (and presumably new ownership). I will comment about the Ramadan buffet. It's a scam. Don't waste your money. It's $35 and the amount of food you end your eating will cost you half if you were to just order it off the menu. While the food is good, they rush you through the buffet (which gets uncomfortably crowded) and start putting the food away real fast. The Fatayer they give as dessert is just bad. Skip the buffet. But I give them 3 stars because they are worth a very occasional visit.

They were rude. The previous time that I visited I gave them 5 stars. Me and my sister were served drinks and girls blew me kisses. This time with my accountant they hated on me .

Came today with my family in Ramadan, it was a long line! charged us $35 per person, $20 for each child under 5, $40 for two pitcher of lemonade that makes two cups each! And a $53 dollars tips! This is called stealing people’s money!!They didn’t even clean the table after we’re done!Total was over $400!!
